First off, Marisa Tomei is smokin'. I know a lot of people who might not think so. Or at least might not think that she is anymore. I have to say that I think she is still pretty damn hot even now. But that's not what this piece is about at all. Oh no. We're going to take a little stroll back in time. Some of the photos might not go too far back, but that's not the point.
We're going to take a look at some younger photos of Marisa Tomei. That's not to say that we're going all the way back. But at least as far back for there not to be any wrinkles on her face. Now, that's not to say that there won't be any bags under her eyes in a picture or two (but that's likely just from the night before). No surprise there, I don't think.
Anyway, the point here is to check out some pretty hot photos of a young, pretty hot Marisa Tomei. So, I'm sure you want to get past the intro so you can start gawking at the smoking hot Marisa. Now let's take a little trip through the years and enjoy the view. It's kind of hard not to when the view is Marisa Tomei after all.
15 Gotta Love The 80s Look!
"I can't tell stories to save my life. I like to have fun, and I go out and have a lot of fun. But I'm not really an entertainer that way. I'm much more shy." I wouldn't have expected Marisa Tomei to be shy at all. It doesn't really seem like her. Of course, I can only really take my cues from the roles I've seen her in. She's usually a little nutty. That or she's taking off her clothes for one reason or another. So, it doesn't make me think that she's really all that shy. She does even say that she goes out and has a lot of fun, but apparently, she's not all that entertaining. I'm sure everyone checking out this article could think of or is thinking of something entertaining that she could be doing. She's definitely got that crazy quality that I'm sure is a whole lot of fun.
14 Marisa Is Definitely Alluring
"I prefer to express myself physically, or non-verbally. I prefer just to react without having a lot of dialogue." I don't doubt for a second that Marisa Tomei prefers to express herself physically. And let's be honest here...is anyone sad by the fact that she prefers to express herself in a physical way? Especially since she's just so damn hot. She's got a certain look that just makes people...I guess not melt. But she definitely gets people excited anyway. Again, it's all about that right kind of crazy that really seems to pull people in. The look, the rockin' body, and the physical expression. That's all a pretty fantastic combination if you ask me. I mean, you can't really ask me and I'm going to tell you anyway, but it's not like I'm wrong.
13 She's Just Got That Look
"A man like Wilde was not free to live out of the closet as a homosexual, and women in general were not able to be truly themselves; there was no place for a woman's voice to be heard or for her to express her sexuality." Sure, Oscar Wilde was a great speaker and playwright, but I have to be honest that I'm more interested in the fact that at least wonderful women like Marisa Tomei can fully express themselves these days. Thanks to that freedom of expression we have excellent films like Before The Devil Knows You're Dead. Well, it might not be a great film, but that's not even the point. The point is that since women have the freedom of expression, someone like Marisa Tomei can have a fantastic topless scene in this film.
12 Marisa Doesn't Need To Get Married...
"I'm not that big a fan of marriage as an institution, and I don't know why women need to have children to be seen as complete human beings." Now, Marisa is definitely my kind of girl. She doesn't really like the idea of marriage and she doesn't see the need for having children. That's just perfect! That means that I stand a chance of meeting her someday and maybe making a go at something. Because I won't have to worry about paying for a wedding or kids. Of course, it won't ever happen. Not likely anyway. But it's nice when a celebrity actually seems to mean it when she talks about being a free spirit. It's refreshing to not have someone like Angelina Julie always talking about the gigantic family she adopted from every country in the world.
11 Marisa Doesn't Like Things To Be Perfect
"I really don't like when things are all polished and perfect - the perfect love story and the hair is perfect." That's pretty awesome to know. It gives me a better chance with her because I am far from perfect. But when we're talking about polished I think she might be lying. Most of the photos in this article are definitely polished to some degree. Sure, they're not all perfect, but that doesn't change the fact that they are definitely polished. And you know I have to be totally honest here...I don't mind that they enhance these photos. I know it's not real. I've seen real photos of Marisa Tomei and she's hot either way. So, sometimes it's nice to see what they decide to do when they play around in editing. A little thinner there, a little more up here...I think it's fine.
10 She Hates Politics... It's Just Not Hot
"Politics itself is so unsexy, isn't it? But when the politics in creative works are really explored - not used as a vehicle - the results can be really interesting." She's very right. Politics is really not sexy. Especially with Donald Trump in office. Jeez. Very unattractive. I guess at least we still have Ivanka Trump to look at every once in a while. Anyway, that's not the point here. Marisa is becoming more and more intriguing to me. She hates politics, she loves art, she doesn't want anything perfect, she doesn't marriage or kids. If it wasn't against her own likes, I would definitely say that I wish I could make her my wife. Realistically though, I also don't think I need to get married. Nor do I really need to deal with politics in my life. I'll avoid it whenever I can.
9 Tomei Prefers The Theatre
"All of us have read the stories about young people in Hollywood and all the challenges they have to confront there, and I think that artistically, I really didn't understand the commercial side of the film business, so I went back to a purely artistic setting." Of course, Tomei is talking about going back to acting in the theatre as opposed to film (even though she definitely does still work in film). But hey, there are other artistic art forms that she's pretty good at. And you can see her work some of those in some of her films. No, they're not from the adult industry. They're just really fun scenes to watch in her regular films. They're probably not the best of films, but they can't be all that bad when Marisa Tomei is being so...creative.
8 She Likes Style
"I am really not of the school of naturalism. I like style, and you can use more style in theatre than in film roles. I love to sink my teeth into a part." You can obviously tell that Marisa likes style. And I'm certainly not complaining about it at all. Not at all! That being said, it's funny when she talks about not wanting things to be perfect but then insists on trying to look perfect. But I don't really care. I like her style. She doesn't have to be "of the school of naturalism". I mean, I'm sure she looks fine first thing in the morning waking up in bed. But I'm ok with her wanting to get dolled up. I guess that sounds a little scuzzy of me. But I'm not trying to be. I'm just appreciative of her thoughts on fashion and style. She looks great, she wants to look great, and I think that's great.
7 Larry David Likes Her Name
"I did ask Larry David, 'How did I get so lucky? How am I here [Seinfeld]?' He just said, 'Well, when you say your name over and over it just has a really strong rhythm: 'Marisa Tomei. Marisa Tomei'." I actually completely forgot that she was on Seinfeld I'll be totally honest. And I don't know if I would feel very lucky to be on that show. I mean, I would be very happy for all of the money I would definitely make, but I don't find it particularly funny. But that doesn't matter. I think Larry David was trying to come on to Marisa Tomei. When you tell someone that they got their job because saying their name over and over has a "really strong rhythm" I think you might be pushing things a little. I'm not sure if David tried anything to give her the job...but I'm glad she feels lucky.
6 Marisa Is Apparently Mystical
"I've sought out several dance teachers-shaman-like women dance teachers-to get in touch with the mystical through movement." I don't really know what to say about looking for shaman-like dance teachers. It seems a little too hippie-dippie for me, but I guess if it helps her get in touch with the mystical through movement, then that's just fine. Nothing like a physical expression in order to get the mystical pumping through you. I think most people would just be happy that she's expressing herself physically. I don't think anyone really cares if she gets in touch with her mystical side. I mean, I guess she cares, but I don't think her fans are sitting there thinking "It's so cool that she gets in touch with her mystical side while I watch her dance". No. They just like to watch her dance.
5 She's Got Really Pretty Eyes
"Not to get overly psychological about this, but it's probably why I became an actress in the first place: for that kind of freedom and refuge, as well as for the fact that I just love acting so much." I don't know if she really knows this but it's hard to find freedom if you're seeking refuge. Protection and freedom don't really go all that well together. But she also doesn't like politics so I guess I won't get into it. Anyway, it's nice that she decided to become an actress because now we get to watch her every time she's in a new film. We get to look into those very pretty...kind of crazy eyes. I am more than happy to do that as often as I can. And, of course, it's not her eyes that are very pretty, or pretty crazy. Anyone who has seen her in a movie should know that.
4 She Likes To Keep It Casual
"I feel like theatre gives me the grounding, and keeps me alive, basically. Film gives me the thrill, and it's like a one night stand. But I do enjoy being around people who love it so much." Alright, so to be fair she is just comparing film to a one night stand, but hey...she does at least call it a thrill. I would not mind being her thrill. Or a film that she wants to be in (or I guess that should be the other way around). I'm glad that she loves theatre though as well. I'm a theatre graduate myself, so it's good to know that we've got quite a few things in common. It might bring us closer in the long run. I know, I know, I'm just daydreaming. But it does make life more interesting sometimes. At least I have an imagination. Either way, I'd still like to be her thrill.
3 Tomei Just Likes To Do A Good Job
"I think the fantasy of being a movie star is more powerful than the reality. So, for me, even if it's not a great film or a great play I'm doing, to know that you went for it. You had an experience that made you grow artistically and personally. What's really satisfying is knowing that you did a good job." I love that she's basically saying here that she's been in a lot of sh*tty films and theatre production before, but at least she feels that she's done a good job. Even if she hasn't really ever had the leading role in most films she's done. She's always the crazy, hot and/or funny woman in the piece. But I don't mind. She's pretty amusing, attractive and crazy can be fun. And at least you know that she's having fun even if she's working on a lame project.
2 She Likes To Ride The Feelings...
"We play lots of roles in our lives, but I got to do that in one movie [Parental Guidance], and ride the feelings, and it was a good challenge for me." Ok, I cannot be the only one here who likes the idea of her riding... "the feelings". I wouldn't mind playing the role of someone she goes home with some night. And I wouldn't mind her playing the role of someone who would go home with me! Yes, I like to dream. Sometimes it's more exciting than life. But hey, here I am writing about Marisa Tomei so life really isn't all that difficult and is at least somewhat exciting. I wouldn't mind giving her a bit of a challenge though. I would challenge her with a lot, I'll be honest. But there I go again daydreaming away. But hey, if she wants to play that role in her life...
1 She's Funny And Crazy And She Loves It
"I'm always dying to do more comedic parts, I love it when I get to do something really overblown like Crazy, Stupid, Love that can just be silly. There have always been hilarious women, but I love that they are getting more and more attention." I'm glad that she likes to be silly. That is a really great quality for a person. Someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously makes getting on a lot easier and more enjoyable. She's right, there have always been hilarious women. Not all of them get to have their say, but they should. And she is one of those women who has gone out there and made people laugh. She's also made people get a little excited over a few other things besides comedy, but that's fine. I'm sure no one is complaining.
