In order for a celebrity to be considered for possible inclusion here, they first and foremost need to be a famous woman. It doesn't matter what they owe their following to, whether they are actors, musicians, models or anything else, as long as they’ve developed a sizable following. Next, they need to be known to step out in public wearing far fewer clothes than most of us would ever feel comfortable in. When it comes to what we see as the public there are loads of places and events we include under that umbrella. They could be at a red carpet event where oodles of media types are taking photos of them as there are often pockets of fans at these events. They could be at the beach or on the street, as long as they are in a public venue that even a select amount of un-famous folks can show up it counts.

Amber Rose

A celebrity that started her career as eye candy in various music videos and then hit the limelight after she began dating Kanye West, Amber Rose has accomplished quite a bit since. Trying her hand at music herself, she has released a number of singles since her big debut in 2012 and has been managed by Leticia Cyrus, the mother of Miley. Also, someone who has gotten work as an actress, author, “reality” TV star, Dancing with the Stars competitor, and fashion designer, it is safe to say that she is a jack of all trades.
