Even in 2017, we’re still learning more about the ocean everyday. Just when we think we’ve discovered the strangest creatures lurking at the bottom of the sea, scientists announce they’ve found something even more unique. Most of the time, these weird and wonderful creatures stay put at the bottom of the ocean, but sometimes they decide to take a visit to the nearest coastline to say hi to all the unsuspecting people nearby. Today, we’re showing you 10 Sea Creatures That Wound Up In The Strangest Places.
So, what sorts of creatures will we be showing you today? From the smallest Goose Barnacles that washed up on an English beach to the largest unknown furry lump that somehow appeared in Indonesia, TheHub will be talking you through all kinds of unknown things today. We’ll be telling you all about a poor dolphin who got just too close to the shore in Wales, and a Great White shark that somehow found itself on a beach in Sydney, Australia. If that wasn’t enough to keep you hooked, you’ll also be learning about the seven oarfish that washed up in the Philippines, even though they’re supposed to live 1000 meters below sea-level, and an unknown creature whose bite looked a lot scarier than its bark, which found its way onto Canvey Island somehow. We’re not sure exactly how or why these creatures ventured so far from their home in the sea, but we’re interested to find out what happened when they got there.
