These simple prosciutto bread rolls are extremely easy to make and add a touch of gourmet to your appetizer menu. Add your own spices or ingredients, or replace parmesan cheese with your own selection. However you make them, they’re sure to please your guests!
Flour the work surface.
Roll 1/2 pack of puff pastry over flour.
Roll it about 1/8 inch thick.
Cut into 2 inch wide slices.
Lay the prosciutto over the pastry.
Add parmesan cheese.
Roll it up.
Place rolls on wax paper on oven pan.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
