What happens when the government gets gritty and can’t agree? They turn to using fists instead of words, throwing books instead of solutions, and shouting until their voices fail (that happens normally anyway!). Some countries’ national assemblies are quite used to getting in scuffles and consider it the norm. In other parts of the world, this would qualify as shocking behaviour caught on tape.
