The new luxury suites on Celebrity Cruise lines are insane and will make you want to book a trip immediately.
Celebrity Edge s the first new ship from the cruise line in two years and based on pictures, it is easy to see why it took so long to design. It is a floating lap of luxury that will have passengers feeling like they are living the high-life on vacation.
The Iconic Suites are mega-suites that have people talking. They are two level suite complex that is over 1,800 square feet. Yes, these rooms are bigger than a lot of people's homes. These suites also come with access to a private deck area called The Retreat, which is exclusively for those who are staying in the suites. The private deck area has a hot tub and a day bed for lounging.
Each suite comes with a dining room table that sits up to eight people, as well as a large sectional sofa for lounging in front of the flat screen. Thanks to their position at the top of the ship, high above the bridge, passengers have glorious panoramic views front to back. The Iconic suites have two entirely private bedrooms, but the suites can sleep six comfortably. There are two full baths in the suites that come with full showers, as well as whirlpool bathtubs.
Now, of course, booking one of the most luxurious suites on the cruise line does not come cheap. The price depends on a couple of factors, but mostly how long the trip you choose, as well as the destination. Based on pricing on the website a seven-day trip looks to cost around $6,000 per person, which is around $900 a per-night per-person.
Yes, the amount is up there but considering what all you get, it is a pretty sweet deal. Plus, each suite comes with its very own in suite butler's pantry in case you feel like having some other passengers come to check out your luxury accommodations.
