The 1998 show Charmed became a huge success in the late nineties & into the early 2000s. The show aired during a niche in television when the supernatural was highly popular to audiences. Around the same time, the show Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997), (starring Sarah Michelle Geller) was also a smash hit.

Charmed followed the lives of three sisters known as The Charmed Ones. They are the most powerful good witches in history. When they combine their powers,  the "Power of Three" is practically unstoppable. The three sisters Prue, Piper and Phoebe use their powers to protect the innocent whole trying to keep their powers a secret. The show became a cult classic, but don't you wonder where the cast is now?

Jennifer Rhodes (Penny "Grams" Halliwell)

American actor Jennifer Rhodes played Prue, Piper and Pheobe's grandmother for 14 episodes, from 1999 until 2006. Penny inherited the power of telekinesis and wrote many spells in the Halliwell spellbook. Rhodes continues acting with her latest film being Lovesick in 2013.

Rhodes has appeared in many guest roles in various television shows including ER (1996), Gilmore Girls (2006) and The Mentalist (2012). In 2017, she appeared in two shows, Famous in Love and Teachers. Rhodes played the role of Cathleen in the 2019 show Grace & Frankie on Netflix.

Ted King (Andy Trudeau)

Andy Trudeau appeared in the first season of Charmed as the Halliwells' childhood friend. He also happened to be Prue's first love. Andy was an inspector for the San Francisco Police Department and was Darryl Morris's partner. He becomes suspicious of the Halliwells' powers. Andy Trudeau was played by actor Ted King.

King's most recent film appearance was in the 2016 film Unwanted Guest as Charles Roberts. In 2008, he was introduced as Downey for seven episodes in Prison Break. King was also in the shows Elementary (2013), Alpha House (2013) and Hawaii Five-O (2016).  In 2019, he appeared in the short film Milkshake Girls.

Dorian Gregory (Darryl Morris)

Darryl Morris is first introduced as a lieutenant for the San Francisco Police Department, as well as Trudeau's partner and best friend. He too becomes suspicious of the Halliwells' powers but ends up being a friend and helping them keep their secret. Darryl was played by actor Dorian Gregory.

Dorian Gregory is often recognized for being the fourth and last host of music-dance television show Soul Train. He replaced the previous host, Shemar Moore. In 2008, he appeared in the television series Las Vegas and Show Stoppers. His most recent appearance is in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in 2016.

Kaley Cuoco (Billie Jenkins)

Kaley Cuoco was introduced as Billie Jenkins in season eight of Charmed. Billie is a young college student who becomes the charge of Paige. She has the ability to move objects with telekinesis and later get the ability to warp reality. Kaley Cuoco became highly recognized for portraying Penny in the show The Big Bang Theory from 2007 until its end in 2019.

She also portrayed Bridget Hennessy in the 2002 show 8 Simple Rules. Cuoco is the executive producer and voices Dr. Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn in animated show Harley Quinn (2019). Her recent films were in 2016 voicing Justine in Why Him? and playing herself in Handsome: A Netflix Murder Mystery Movie.

Drew Fuller (Chris Halliwell)

Chris Halliwell is the second eldest son of Leo and Piper Halliwell. Chris is introduced in season five as a whitelighter from the future to help the Halliwell sisters. It follows the same premise as The Terminator. It is later revealed that he is Leo and Piper's son. Chris was played by actor Drew Fuller.

In the show Army Wives (2002-12), Fuller played the main role of Trevor LeBlanc for six seasons. In 2018, he appeared in the show All Wrong for an episode and played Ben in the Hallmark film Love, Fall and Order (2019). Fuller played the role of Dr.Chris Vianni in the Panamanian drama film Beyond Brotherhood (2017).

Julian McMahon (Cole Turner/Belthazor)

Sometimes evil can be charming and sexy, and it's evidenced by the character Cole Turner in Charmed. Turner is half demon and half human and is introduced in season three of the show. He initially is introduced as the Assistant District Attorney sent to kill the Halliwell sisters by The Triad. Love is powerful and Cole falls in love with Phoebe, but evil still has control of him.

Cole Turner was played by actor Julian McMahon. McMahon is also recognized for portraying Christian Troy in the show Nip/Tuck (2003-10). In 2017 until 2018, he played the main role of Jonah/Magistrate in season two of Runaways. He also plays a recurring and lead role in the shows FBI (2019) and FBI: Most Wanted (2020). You would recognize him for portraying Victor Von Doom in the Fantastic Four (2005) films. In 2018, he was in the film Swinging Safari.

Brian Krause (Leo Wyatt)

Leo Wyatt is a whitelighter assigned to the Halliwell sisters as a guardian angel for good witches. He has the ability to heal, orb, levitate, sense, hover and glamour. He marries Piper, but his duties become an issue in their marriage. His marriage is also frowned upon by The Elders.

Brian Krause played the role of Leo from season two until season eight. On television, he has appeared in small roles in The Closer (2008), Mad Men (2008) and Castle (2010). In 2018, he appeared in Dynasty and was the main role of Robert in First List. He also appeared in two films, Cucuy: The Boogeyman and Underdog. Krause, in 2019, was in The Demonologist and Trauma Therapy. 

Rose McGowan (Paige Matthews)

Rose McGowan played Paige Matthews in season four through eight of Charmed. Paige is introduced in the fourth season as the youngest half-sister to the Halliwell sisters. She is the love child of their mother, Patty, and her whitelighter Sam Wilson. Paige has the ability to teleport objects from one area to another.

McGowan had hit roles in the films Scream (1996) and Grindhouse (2007). In 2014, she played the main role of Josie Acosta in Chosen. She played herself in the docuseries Citizen Rose (2018). She also released a memoir titled Brave the same year. McGowan made headlines for speaking out about sexual assault and harassment during the Harvey Weinstein scandal in 2017.

Shannon Doherty (Prue Halliwell)

Prue Halliwell is one of the three Charmed Ones and the oldest sister. She has the ability of telekinesis through her eyes, which she later channels through her hands. Later on, she also develops the ability of astral projection, the ability to be in two places at once.

Shannon Doherty played the role until season three of the show. In 2004 until 2005, she had a recurring role as Alexandra Hudson in the show North Shore. She played Mrs.Dean/Dr. Destiny in the 2018 show Heathers. Doherty was the co-producer and reprised her role as Herself/Brenda Walsh in the show BH90210 (2019). She also played Susan in the 2017 film Bethany, the same year she announced her breast cancer was in remission.

Holly Marie Combs (Piper Halliwell)

Piper is the second-eldest sister of the Halliwells. She has the ability to freeze her surroundings and later develops the ability to spontaneously combust evil beings. In the show, her main love interest is the Halliwells' whitelighter, Leo. They get married and have two children. Piper is played by actor Holly Marie Combs.

Her most recent on-screen film was in 2001 in Ocean's Eleven as herself. From 2010 until 2017, Combs played the role of Ella Montgomery in the Freeform show Pretty Little Liars. Combs and Charmed co-star Shannon Doherty starred in a reality series titled Off the Map with Shannon & Holly in 2015.

Alyssa Milano (Phoebe Halliwell)

Alyssa Milano plays the third eldest sister, Phoebe Halliwell, and has the ability of premonition. Being able to see into the future and past, Phoebe learns martial arts to help her sisters in fights. Later on, Phoebe develops the abilities to levitate and empathize, feeling the emotions of the people around her.

In 2011 Milano appeared in three films Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, Hall Pass, and New Year's Eve. In 2013, she created the comic book Hacktivist, as well as play the main role of Savannah "Savi" Davis in the show Mistresses. Milano played the role of Renata Murphy Delvecchio for five episodes in Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later (2017) for Netflix. She also plays the main role of Coralee Armstrong in Insatiable (2018).
