When it comes to real estate, Beyonce, along with her husband Jay-Z, own one of the most expensive portfolios in the U.S., worth over $350 million.
More than half of that portfolio comes from their most recent purchase of a $200 million home, making it the most expensive home sold in California, and second most expensive in the country, falling short behind the $238 million NYC apartment.
