Sportswear giants Nike will be releasing a fresh colorway of the Nike Air Fear of God Moccasin.
The company had previously dropped the trendy shoes in "Black Tease" and "Particle beige". But, as of next month, the "Light Bone" colorway will be available.
That is according to Sneakerfiles.com, who published a preview of the upcoming release, which is quite easy on the eyes and likely on the feet as well.
The "Light Bone", like the prior releases, is laceless, with a toggle setup on the heel for adjusting. And there's also an elastic strap across the top. A double-stacked Zoom Air unit occupies the midsole, while the Fear of God Branding and a black swoosh top off the look.
Per the source, the moccasin will become available for purchase from select retailers and Nike's official website sometime in February, and they are expected to sell at $170 a pair.
Designer Jerry Lorenzo, the founder of the Fear of God, was spotted wearing the "Light Bone" during Paris Fashion Week this month.
“Once I knew, as a creative, where my emotions and my designs were coming from, it was easy to stay within that box,” he said, per Hypebeast. “How does a guy want to dress and be comfortable and still speak luxury, that’s what we’ve always tried to do with Fear of God. To me, luxury isn’t a bunch of loud logos and bright colors. Luxury to me is more of an elegant quietness.”
The exact release date for said footwear has not been announced as yet but it is believed that the shoes are likely to drop during NBA All-Star Weekend next month, along with other releases.
While certain shoes aren't for everybody, this casual fit looks like something almost anyone would go for. The color isn't half bad either.
