David Beckham: $31 Million Underwear Contract

As the world wept upon David Beckham’s football retirement, many fans are contemplating whether the world’s sexiest man would also cease posing in his underwear.

Over the years, fans have feasted over the sight of Beckham in only one piece of garment - from commercials, campaigns, billboards, malls - he was ubiquitous.

Even with clothes on, Beckham still looks as attractive as he does shirtless. After a week of his retirement, the 38-year-old footballer appeared in his slicked-back hair, red long-sleeved shirt and dark blue jeans at the autograph signing of his H &M Bodywear Collection in Paris. The collection includes 3-pack of trunks for $34.95, tank top for $14.95, three-button henley shirts for $29.95, brief for $12.95 and two-button boxer brief ($14.95). The underwear collection now comes in new ranges of colors such as dark navy blues, reds and utility greens. They also come with an elasticized waistband, lined front and button fly.

The brand also officially launched its David Beckham campaign directed by Guy Ritchie. In the campaign, Beckham, clad only in his khaki green boxer briefs is being chased in his neighborhood streets in Beverly Hills. What a sight to behold!

Having a net worth of $260 million, five percent of which comes from David’s endorsements and commercials.

Let’s just cross our fingers that he will still be posing, now that he has plenty of time after stepping off the field.
