Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian just sold their home in Cleveland for $2.5 million, four months after they listed the property on the market.
According to New York Post, Thompson and Kardashian decided to sell the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom lakeside property in December after the basketball player signed with Boston Celtics.
Initially, the lavish property listed on the market for $3.25 million. However, he only managed to sell it for $2.5. Still, it’s a good enough income for Thompson because he purchased the home while dating Kardashian for $1.9 million.
Last month, Kardashian shared videos on the day that she moved out of the house.
“I am in Cleveland packing up the Cleveland house, and this will be goodbye. I will miss this place, this view so much. There's literally nothing like it,” she said in her Instagram story.
Before leaving the Cleveland lakeshore property, Kardashian also showed her millions of social media fans a glimpse of her daughter True Thompson’s former bedroom.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also revealed that she and her baby daddy invested in the property just before they welcomed their daughter three years ago.
Even though the reality TV star was feeling nostalgic at the time of posting, Kardashian said that she hopes the next homeowners would love it as much as they did.
Meanwhile, Kardashian and Thompson both have other properties to call home. The former currently resides in Hidden Hills. But she previously owned a sprawling property in Calabasas.
Kardashian’s former house was featured in her family’s hit reality TV show multiple times. She eventually decided to sell the property and is now neighbors with her mom, Kris Jenner.
Thompson, on the other hand, resides in Boston because of his game commitments. Every now and then, Kardashian travels to Massachusetts to spend time with her boyfriend.
A source claimed that even though the Good American founder enjoys spending time with Thompson there, she doesn’t want to permanently live in Boston.
“Tristan understands that she wants to be with her family. True loves playing with all her cousins and is the happiest in LA with them,” the source said.
There are also speculations that Kardashian and Thompson are trying to expand their family. A source said that the couple is determined to give their daughter a sibling.
When the time comes that Kardashian and Thompson have another child, one can only tell if they’ll decide to move to a different home again.
