Todd and Julie Chrisley were found guilty of fraud and tax evasion last year and were handed down sentences. But the former reality stars are only beginning their jail terms now.

According to PEOPLE, Todd checked into the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida to begin his 12 year jail sentence. Julie has also reported to the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp Marianna to begin her sentence, also in Florida. She’s been given 7 years behind bars.

Interestingly, Julie will be sharing a jail with another famous face, Cheer star Jerry Harris. He was sentenced to 12 years in jail last August for sex crimes involving a minor. He’s now been ordered to register as a sex offender.

Julie is expected to be transferred to the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky (where Jerry is currently incarcerated) to carry out the remainder of her sentence.

However, it’s unlikely the reality show stars will have any contact, as the jail is segregated based on gender.

Todd may not be sharing a space with anyone famous, but he’s reportedly quite comfortable in his Florida prison. A report by the New York Post refers to it as one of the “cushiest” jails in America. Opened in 1988, the jail is often reserved for white collar crimes, like fraud.

A number of high-profile people have served time in the Pensacola facility, including F ormer US Rep. Chris Collins, who spent 26 months in the prison for trading secrets and lying to the FBI.

Chris later published Federal Prison Guidebook about his experience, saying, “If I had to do time, that’s one of the places I’d want to be designated to. These federal prison camps are much better to be at than other federal prisons.”

Todd and Chrisley were handed down their sentences after being found guilty of multiple charges in November. They were allowed to spend the holidays with their family, before surrendering for their sentences in the new year. Once released, they’ll have to spend time on probation as well as pay restitution.

The couple were accused of submitting false paperwork to secure $30 million in fraudulent loans, which funded their luxurious lifestyle.

Their family is known for starring in a handful of reality shows, including Chrisley Knows Best,Ggrowing Up Chrisley, and Love Limo, though they’ve since been cancelled.
