Sandra Bullock recently listed the cozy pad she bought from Friends' Matthew Perry for $ $4,495,000. One of Sandra Bullocks' condos in the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood is now up for sale after the actress bought the apartment in 2014 for $3.55 million. The pad located on the top floor of the building has been owned by different celebrities and had been previously owned by Matthew Perry before Bullock snagged the pad.

The property for sale has 1,759 sq. ft and contains two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The cozy pad also features a main living area with an open dining style and a spacious area that can transition into a lovely kitchen. The rooms of the pad have glass walls that have an open terrace with excellent high-rise views of West Hollywood and its surroundings. The lavish pad has been up for rent since 2017 for $22,000 monthly rent. Just seven years after she bought the pad, she is now ready to make big-time cash on her cozy investment.

Located on the 22nd floor, the condo offers stunning views of the downtown Los Angeles skyline, Pacific Ocean, and everything in between. The architectural design of the property has a distinct midcentury vibe. The condo has top-of-the-line appliances and wraparound floor-to-ceiling walls of glass. There is also a terrace in the condo that boasts a thrilling view of the vistas. Sierra Towers is famous for celebrities since it has a reputation of being the sexiest and strangest condo building in West Hollywood. Units in the building are not easily available and rarely ever up for grabs, let alone the one America's sweetheart previously owned.

Bullock has an impressive real estate portfolio, and her West Hollywood condo is just one of them. The property had major renovation before Bullock started renting the property out. Sandra Bullock engaged in a lot of real property activities as she bought and sold real estate properties this year alone. Earlier this year, she sold her East Coast haven located in Georgia, which she owned for almost 20 years until she bid goodbye to the property for $4.2 million. After selling the 1920s beachfront summer estate, she then proceeded to purchase a 2,800 sq. ft estate in Beverly Hills for $2.7 million. The estate she bought is a country cottage that was beautifully landscaped in a 43-acre lot.
