Pierce Brosnan is best known for his incredible influence and power as James Bond, but it seems that power isn't translating to his personal life as he may have expected. Brosnan's massive Malibu mansion has been listed for sale for the past 8 months, and he can't seem to find a buyer. One would assume that there would be a slew of celebrities that would love to live in the home once owned by 007 himself, but there seems to be one thing holding back potential buyers... the $100 million price tag. Living as luxuriously as one would assume of the real-life James Bond, Report Door indicates that Brosnan's estate is priced higher than most people can afford.

Pierce Brosnan has been entertaining the masses for decades. His long-standing history as  one of the most successful men in Hollywood has afforded him the ability to live his life in the lap of luxury.

He and his partner, Keely Shay Smith, have been enjoying all the perks and benefits of their 12,000 square foot Malibu mansion for quite some time now, and they feel they are due for a change.

When they first moved in to this home 20 years ago, they had young children to account for, but now that the kids are all grown up, a change in residence is what the couple is seeking. Opting to spend their time in Ireland, instead of Malibu, the couple put their home up for sale in September of 2020, but haven't had any luck finding a serious buyer

The mansion is completely Thai-inspired and spreads across such a vast space that it's more of a compound than a residential property. It includes a huge beach bar, an expansive terrace, and a salt water pool that will take away the breath of the beholder.

There's a guest house as well as the main house, and there are 5 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms on the property. The deck boasts a stunning ocean view and there is a his and hers fireplace set up for the perfect night of entertaining or cozying up at home.

Their beach front lounge area has its very own private fire pit, but for those that don't want to walk that far, they can enjoy the man-made, private sandy beach that is much closer to the main home. Of course, Brosnan had sand brought in to ensure the private beach was created for everyone to enjoy within close proximity.

Report Door indicates; "The master suite spans about 4,000 square feet — larger than many houses — with his-and-hers fireplaces, an art studio and an expansive deck overlooking the ocean. Other features include a theatre, a climate-controlled wine cellar for roughly 200 bottles of wine, a gym, a music room and a travertine-walled spa with two soaking tubs."

Brosnan may have to wait a while to unload this property - there aren't many others willing to spend this much on their residential dwellings.
