Last year, the singer and her husband, Daryl Sabara purchased a mansion in Encino for $6.6 million. The 9,900-square-foot house has a motor court, a pool with a waterslide, a recording studio, and more.

By the looks of it, Trainor decided to purchase her older Los Angeles home because she needs more space for her growing family.

Two months ago, the “All About That Bass” singer gave birth to her son, Riley. Back then, Trainor told her followers on social media that she was scheduled to give birth on Feb. 14. However, Riley arrived a few days early.

“This sweet baby boy's due date was today on Valentine's Day. We got to meet him Monday, Feb 8th! We are SO IN LOVE. Thank you @darylsabara for the best Valentine's gift ever! Welcome to the world Riley!" she wrote in February.

The singer also revealed that her son suffered from some health issues shortly after he was born. And just two weeks ago, Trainor gave her supporters an update about Riley via TikTok.

“We had a rocky start… but Riley is perfect, happy, and healthy. So lucky to be your mama sweet boy,” she wrote.

Trainor has been open about her pregnancy woes before she welcomed her son into the world.

“I'm scared of birth and, like, not being able to have my mom in the room. Cause, like, they can barely let your husband in the room, but I'm like, ‘but I need my momma…I just need my head rubs, how do I do this? I just didn't want to travel so much when I was pregnant and I knew this was a time when I could stay home and elevate my feet. Some appointments my husband got to go to, and some he didn't, but those appointments the doctors were very nice to me and set up a whole FaceTime,” she said.
