Kim Kardashian and Kanye West could be heading for the most peaceful divorce settlement in the history of Hollywood. Since Kardashian and West are both well-off and billionaires at that, it’s unlikely that they will try to profit off each other.
In fact, Distractify believes that the exes’ divorce will just cost them $2.5 million. And if the figures are accurate, Kardashian and West will have plenty of savings left in their bank accounts.
According to TMZ, the parents of four are not also trying to give each other a hard time when it comes to the custody of their kids. Earlier this year, Kardashian requested joint legal and physical custody of North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. And West didn’t contest it.
Now, a little bit more work may be involved when it comes to dividing the A-listers’ joint assets. They own a $60 million mansion in Calabasas and a $6.3 million property in Palm Springs.
Depending on the details of their prenup, Kardashian might get a chunk of West’s $30 million Wyoming compound. She will also most likely get to keep her $1.3 million engagement ring.
As of late, no one knows for sure what will go to who. A rep for Kardashian previously told E! News that comments made about the exes’ prenup are inaccurate.
“That’s all wrong. Whether or not Kim and Kanye have a prenup is a private matter and any speculation is just that.”
Radar Online has been spreading ludicrous claims about Kardashian and West’s prenup. They claimed that the rapper didn’t want to one in the first place because he wants to share whatever he has with Kardashian.
“Kanye didn’t even think the couple needed a prenup and was ready to give Kim carte blanche to all of his financial assets. Yes, he loves Kim that much. There is a huge difference from Kim’s prenup with Kris Humphries … the preparation of their agreement went on for several months. It was long and tedious,” a source said.
Following the couple’s divorce, Kardashian and West are expected to bounce back. And the latter has already started thinking about dating again.
A source told Page Six that West wants to date an artist and a creative person. This way, they can speak the same language.
As for Kardashian, it is unclear if she’s also open to dating. The Keeping Up With the Kardashian star is seemingly busy making billions.
