Khloe Kardashian’s latest Good American collaboration with Kris Jenner is making waves, but not for the right reasons.

The reality stars have been busy promoting their Good American Bosswear Collection online after it dropped earlier this month. The new line features a variety of work-friendly pieces, including blazers, bodysuits, pants, and dressed, designed to take the wearer from the office to out on the town.

"When I think of a boss, the only person that comes to mind is my mom,” Khloe explained of the collection’s inspiration.

"Workwear can be a really difficult category for so many women to find both on-trend and well-fitting pieces in a full size range,” she continued. “We've done that with this collection and I couldn't be more proud— and I'm excited for everyone to try it!"

However, the public’s reception to the collection hasn’t been entirely positive. Online critics have slammed the clothing line for being impractical and not appropriate for the office.

The criticism was hard to miss in an Instagram post Khloe made last week introducing the collection to her followers.

[The clothes are] way to revealing,” one person commented. Another said, “[I would be] sent home to change my clothes by HR.”

Other feedback included a comment filled with laughing emojis, which read, “Gee what office do you work in.”

Another commenter wrote, “Can someone provide one example of an office in which these clothes would be appropriate to wear,” and “This is NOT workwear. This family is so out of touch with reality.”

So far, neither Khloe nor Kris have responded to the backlash. But the collection wasn’t quick to sell out, suggesting this won’t be one of Good American’s most successful campaigns.

But it likely won’t be the last, including for Kris Jenner. The momager is known for collaborating with her children’s brands. Though this was her first time working with Khloe and Good America, Kris released a collaboration with Kylie Jenner’s makeup line last year, called the Kris Collection.

Kris hasn’t had a collaboration with Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS brand, but she hasn’t been shy to promote its products on social media.

SKIMS is known for its collaborations and campaigns; the brand was recently mocked for an alien-themed campaign, released shortly after there were alleged UFO sighting around North America. Maybe the brand will stick closer to home for its next collaboration and enlist the help of the Kardashian matriarch.
