It looks like yet another member of America's favorite reality tv family is getting hit with legal troubles. Not long after Kim Kardashian received a cease and assist for seemingly stealing a company's name, Kendall Jenner found herself with a lawsuit from an Italian fashion brand.

The model was contractually obligated to take part in two separate photoshoots for an Italian fashion brand called Liu Jo. She had already modeled for the first shoot advertising the brand's Spring/Summer 2020 collection and received $1.35 million in payment.

Unfortunately, the second photoshoot, which was intended for the Fall/Winter 2020 campaign, had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic. But, when it was finally time to reschedule the shoot, they were left without of a model.

Liu Jo's team claims that they worked very hard to find a middle ground in which the photoshoot could still happen. Knowing that Jenner would be in Italy to shoot with another designer, they reached out to see if she'd be willing to reschedule a shoot in the city to better accommodate her schedule. Though, she apparently declined.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the brand's legal team claims that Jenner, "ultimately turned down all of Liu Jo’s good-faith offers of compromise."

Though the model's legal team has other perceptions of how the deal fell through.

"Jenner has willingly offered to complete services honoring her commitments," a representative for the model's agent The Society Management proclaimed in an statement, "[Jenner] continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic."

Liu Jo's team filled a lawsuit against Jenner, looking for $1.8 million to cover damages brought on by the failed photo-shoot.

Society Management tells TMZ, "This suit is without merit. The Society Management, on behalf of Ms. Kendall Jenner, has continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic."

While Jenner sorts out this situation, her sister Kim faces a similar predicament. When she filled to trademark the name 'SKKN' to relaunch her beauty brand, a company of the same  filled a cease and assist. The Kardashian filed to obtain the name two days after the aforementioned did so themselves.
