A few weeks after purchasing the largest Puck Penthouses unit in New York, the longtime couple upgraded to a larger unit last month and listed a smaller apartment in the same building for $23.5 million. The Kushner Companies have owned the historic Puck building for over three decades. Karlie and Joshua got married in 2018 and have recently expanded their family by welcoming their son Levi Joseph in March this year. According to Daily Mail, the couple had paid $18 million in 2018 for the 5,672 square foot apartment. However, baby Levi is the reason the two are upgrading to a bigger apartment. However, they seem to be delighted with the building and refuse to leave it.

The penthouse is out for sale, has four bedrooms with five and a half bathrooms. The upper floor can be accessed through an elevator or by a beautifully built white oak staircase. The home is also adorned with two spacious dressing rooms with the same roomy dimensions as the guest bedrooms and home. There is a minimal gas fireplace in the master bedroom which comprises a sitting and sleeping area. The dressing rooms are in the primary bedroom, along with two bathrooms. The larger bathroom is resplendent with Arabescato Oro marble walls, floors, and a freestanding tub.

The entrance hall features Bardiglio white, and Venatino Gioia grey shaded monochrome marble floor with the winding oak staircase and a vaulted brick ceiling. The ceiling reaches into the sprawling dining room, allowing plenty of daylight during mealtimes.

As Wall Street Journal reports, the dining room opens to the soft green kitchen. It has several amenities, including a Wolf oven, a built-in espresso machine, a PRO 48 sub-zero model fridge, a La Cornue cooking range, and a separate fridge for wine, thereby adding a touch of luxury to the kitchen. The kitchen tops are of Italian lava stone, where the brick motif extends into the home gym's walls.

Aside from the amenities, the original cast-iron beams, abundantly exposed bricks, and the barrel-vaulted ceilings add a unique character to the space. The kitchen with its brass La Cornue range, dramatic steel, and elegant seafoam green cabinets add a playful touch. It's easy to modify the kitchen based on day-to-day countertop needs, with the island on casters.

The building was initially designed by the German architect Albert Wagner and dated back to the 1880s and is located in the Nolita area of Manhattan. Let’s hope that the couple gets the expected price for this beautifully built penthouse.
