Harrison Ford, whose films have earned over $9.3 billion worldwide, was left briefly penniless over the weekend. The 57-year-old American Actor lost his credit card near the beaches of Mondello on the Italian island of Sicily. Luckily an honest tourist found the card and took it to the Palermo police, who discovered the card belonged to the legendary actor.

At first, the tourist rolled his eyes, not believing the famous name printed on the card. The man took the card to the Mondello police station led by Manfredi Borsellino and said, “I found Harrison Ford’s credit card on the beach.” He continued, “when you give it to him I have only one desire: a photo with him.”

And that’s exactly what happened.

“Mondello’s police quickly identified the place where ‘Indiana Jones’ had tried to regain his privacy — after that, a few fans recognized him while walking ‘undercover’ in the streets of the beach area,” police said in a statement.

The police were able to track down Ford quickly and return the card. The star expressed his gratitude and thanked the officers before getting back to his lunch, but not before taking a picture with the starstruck agents.

Italian media published a photo of the Star Wars actor wearing a T-shirt while holding up the card and smiling alongside two officers and the local commander, the AP reported.

“When the police officer and two policemen showed him and returned his belongings, the actor smiled, relieved of all the prevented damage and happy to know a place as beautiful as it is honest,” the police said in a statement. “The meeting with the policemen was sealed with a photo that will be jealously kept by all the protagonists of the story,” they added.

Ford is in Sicily filming scenes for an upcoming addition to the Indiana Jones franchise. Disney last year confirmed that the actor would once again star as the whip-wielding archeologist in a fifth installment. The actor first portrayed Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark, which was released over 40 years ago.
