When you are working in a restaurant in a major city in the US, you will surely wait tables for celebrities, but not all of them give a huge amount of money as tips, some are frugal, but a lot of these celebrities are generous as well.

When you are a celebrity, it is not a secret that you are pretty much loaded with cash. Morally, giving back whenever you can is the right thing to do. There are a lot of people who have benefited from the generosity of celebrities, and the public seems to adore celebrities who give back and share their blessings with others. When it comes to generosity, there are celebrities who seem to give back more compared to other celebrities. Donnie Wahlberg

Donnie Wahlberg dined at a Waffle House, one of the best hash browns in the city. He ate there even before he starred on the New Kids on the Block. During the time he spent there, Wahlberg was impressed with the wait staff that he left a $2,000 tip on his tab even though he only spent $82.60 on his food. Wahlberg explained on his Instagram post that his dad used to tend bars, and his mom used to wait tables for years. So when he walked to the Waffle House, and he was treated like a king, so he gave back by tipping a large amount.

Charles Barkley

With about $25,000 tip, the basketball legend Charles Barkley takes a spot. He believes that it is important to give back and share your blessings with others. He told Conan O'Brien in his interview on the show in 2014 that he once tipped about $25,000 before because he wanted to give back. He said that he tipped that high because he won $700,000 on a blackjack game. Though it seems that the tip is more than enough, Barkley believes that he should have tipped more.

Jimmy Fallon

The Tonight Show host, Jimmy Fallon, and his wife dined at the Kissaki Sushi in Water Mill, New York, to kick off new year's eve. One of the waiters that night confirmed that Fallon was indeed at their restaurant that time and some fans also posted their pictures with the host during that time. Fallon said that he drove to the Hamptons just to try the Japanese restaurant, Omakase, and he was beyond satisfied with the food, especially their amazing sushi, and was impressed with the service. After dining, they left a $400 tip to the waiter.

50 Cent

The rapper went to the drive-thru in Burger King together with the Instagram influencer, Jay Mazzini. The duo planned to surprise the workers of the Burger King branch in Queens, New York. They decided to call all the employees on the drive-thru window and asked everyone how they were doing during these trying times amidst the global situation. After hearing what the group had to say, they decided that they wanted to show some love to the staff and handed all the workers cash bundles each. The total of the tip racked up to $30,000.

Nev Schulman

Aside from helping the Catfish victims on the show The Catfish, the show host Nev Schulman surprised a pregnant waitress at the Smash Burger when dined in. The pregnant waitress, Zulia Reyes, was in tears after seeing the tip Shulman left her. Reyes shared that the TV show host was very kind and even asked about her unborn child. When she told Schulman that she was due on September 26, Shulman did not hesitate to tip her $926 and congratulated her after.

Harry Styles

With all the blessing Harry Styles has been receiving, it is not surprising that the Watermelon Sugar singer would give back to those in need. The pop star is known to be one of the most generous celebrities out there, which makes more sense that he likes to tip generously. When Harry went on a trip with a friend, Adele, he decided to tip $2,020 after he was done dining. The said trip was in accordance with the 2020 trend where people gave $2020 tip to the wait staff.

Chrissy Teigen

When Chrissy Teigen visited her husband's hometown to catch a high school football game, she made sure that it would be a trip to remember at least to her wait staff Mikayla Scott. Mikayla Scott told reporters that after the couple dined at their restaurant, Outback Steakhouse in Ohio, the model left a generous tip of $1,000.

Tyler Perry

While dining at the Green Vegetarian Cuisine in San Antonio, Tyler Perry felt a little more generous than his usual self, so he decided to tip $500 on a $27 bill to the wait staff who served her. The husband of the wait staff decided to post the receipt on Facebook to let the world know how generous the famed filmmaker is. During that time, the couple was not in an ideal financial situation, and Perry's tips were the Lord's way of helping and watching over their family.

Dr. Dre

Just like everybody else on the list, Dr. Dre felt a little bit more generous and decided that he wanted to tip $5,000. The Beats by Dre founder was partying during that time at West Hollywood's Skybar in 2014 when he decided to leave the generous amount. The waitress who received the tip of Dr. Dre at that time was shocked to see how much she would be taking home at the end of the night.

Jay-Z

Jay-Z's lifestyle sure is luxurious, and he does not seem hesitant in spending a large amount of money to maintain his lifestyle. However, the rapper is also generous when it comes to giving back to others when he tipped $50,000 after ordering $250,000 worth of champagne and a few more thousand on the food to celebrate the release of his Watch The Throne album.
