The couple who began dating in March 2019 reportedly have called it quits and decided to sell their humble abode. However, it was also reported that Emma Roberts already purchased a place of her own, a new home in Los Angeles she bought for $3.7 million.
The house features three bedrooms with four baths that sits on about 7,300 square feet of property located on the hillside of Los Feliz. The estate is a Spanish-style building constructed as early as 1926 and later had some minor reconstructions in 2001. The property gives a vibe of combination of classic aesthetics with a blend of modern design.
The three bedrooms of the house were all located upstairs, covering 2,500 square feet of the ground. Two bedrooms share one full bathroom in the house that can easily function as a guest room. The property was assumed to have been bought off-market since the estate was not advertised in the public. It is also not clear when the couple bought the property but they put it on sale this week.
