The global pandemic has paralyzed the world. It's hard to believe that it has already been a year since life, as we know it, ceased to exist. To many, this past year has felt a whole lot longer than any other, and has posted challenges and struggles that nobody ever imagined they would have to endure. At the same time that the vaccinations have started to roll out, a variety of new variants have been introduced, and concerned citizens across the globe have begun to wonder if this will ever end.

According to The Sun, Bill Gates has a prediction, but most people won't want to hear it. He predicts that we'll all have our lives back... at the end of 2022.

Bill Gates has been closely monitoring all aspects of this pandemic, and has been working tirelessly behind the scenes, to find a solution that can expedite a return to normalcy, and  the rights to live our lives freely once again.

He has invested $1.75 billion through his organization; the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and has put focused his efforts in providing support to those creating vaccines, companies responsible for diagnostics, and those with the ability to cultivate  potential treatments.

Bill Gates has been very involved in the ongoing progress and development of this battle against the pandemic. A few months into the onset of the coronavirus, Gates went on record on his social media channels to say that ‘by summer 2021, life will be much closer to normal than it is now.’ So far that looks to be quite accurate, and Gates seems to be a solid predictor of what's in store.

Referring to COVID-19 as an "incredible tragedy," Gates tells the world that we will "By the end of 2022 we should be basically completely back to normal." If that seems very far away to you, you're not alone.

Many people are simply fed up with their current living conditions, and they question their ability to sustain this sedimentary lifestyle. According to Gates, there's quite a while to go.

It appears that the delay in vaccine rollouts is one of the biggest reasons that this disease can't be overcome any sooner, in addition to the fact that other countries have to take sufficient action to safeguard themselves and stop the spread as well.

The Sun quotes Bill Gates as saying "So it’ll be sometime in 2022 till we have full herd immunity, and boy, I think we’re all looking forward to that. There are a lot of people that are suffering, not just in the U.S. but everywhere."
