Adele just purchased a new $58 million mansion from Sylvester Stallone, but things are already off to a rocky start – literally.

According to TMZ, the actor has already moved out of the spacious estate but aerial photos show that he’s left a special item behind for Adele – a statue of himself from Rocky, arguably one of his most famous films.

The images show the statue perched at the head of the outdoor pool. Though the publication says it was assumed Sylvester would take the statue with him, he clearly had other plans.

Adele confirmed she bought the new property alongside her boyfriend Rich Paul by posting photos to social media showing her dangling house keys in front of the luxurious estate.

According to The Evening Standard, the home sits on 3.5 acres of land and features over 18,000 square feet of living space. It comes with 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a private driveway, a 2-bedroom guest house, an indoor gym, an infinity pool, an art studio, and a garage with space for 8 cars. It even has a cigar room with an air-filtration system.

Sylvester had been trying to sell the property for some time. He originally listed it for $110 million in 2021, though he lowered the asking price to $80 million last October when there were no takers That means Adele scooped up the property for almost half of its asking price at $58 million.

The Beverly Hill estate boasts a lot of famous neighbours, including Denzel Washington as well as Justin and Hailey Bieber.

Sylvester purchased a Palm Beach estate in Florida for $35 million last January, which is believed to be his primary residence. It boasts over 13,000 square feet of living space and comes with 7 bedrooms and 10 full bathrooms as well as 2 guest houses.

The estate fits on one and a half actress and was built recently in 2014. Its outdoor amenities include a private beach, keyhole-shaped pool, and a boat dock.

Although Adele is just getting used to her new Los Angeles home, she may not have a lot of time, as she’s going to debut her new Las Vegas residency. We reported this month that the singer is getting ready to launch another million-dollar show.

The songstress cancelled her originally residency earlier this year amid COVID concerns and reports of creative disagreements. She’s now moving the show from The Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace to Planet Hollywood’s Zappos Theatre and has reportedly been given full creative control over her performance.
