The large double doors leading into the front foyer are guarded by a life-sized knight in shining armor, and the front driveway winds around a large fountain, greenery, and tall gates for privacy. As one of his first large purchases, Perry has said he wanted people to see what God had done in his life, skyrocketing to fame from the depths of poverty.
Car Collection
The Bentley GT Sports Coupe is one of the most luxurious cars in Perry's collection, with white leather seat covers and 20-inch wheels, and sports exhaust. The car cost nearly $300,000 when including all the additional features.

Dean Gardens Mansion
Another property in Georgia, this time, located north of Atlanta and directly adjacent to the Chattahoochee River, cost Perry just over $7 million – a steal compared to the $40 million list price. Over 32,000 square feet sit on top of the 58-acre property. The mansion boasts 15 bedrooms, with bathrooms featuring 24K gold. Several themed suites, including Moroccan, Egyptian, Oriental, and French bedrooms, allow for Perry's worldwide collection. Outside, the property features an 18-hole golf course, amphitheater, and wedding chapel. A guest house, caretaker's house, and greenkeeper's house give adequate space for the employees it takes to run the entire home for $1.5 million per year.
White Bay Cay
Perry bought two islands in 2009 for his 40th birthday, the White Bay Cay and The Exuma Cays in the Bahamas. The islands go for $20 to $30 million dollars, and Perry has built a 14,000 square foot mansion on White Bay Cay for those vacation get-aways with the family. He's celebrating 15 years at the 330-acre Atlanta-based studios, home to more than seven television shows for Viacom CBS. What was once an old Army Base now holds 12 production studios.
