Popstar Justin Timberlake and his wife, the actress Jessica Biel, are putting their expansive Los Angeles mansion up for sale, and the luxurious Hollywood Hills mansion can be yours for only $35 million. Timberlake bought the property in 2002 for $8.3 million, shortly after NSYNC’s breakup.

Timberlake, a Grammy Award-winning singer and actor, paid just $8.3 million for the 13,530 square foot property in 2002 after he embarked on a widely successful solo career. The investment is sure to make him a hefty return as the couple are listing the property for a staggering $35 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

According to Mansion Global, the gated mansion sits on roughly 10 acres and is tucked away on a cul-de-sac in the Hollywood Hills, making the property one of the largest in the area. The home was built by Mad About You star Helen Hunt a built almost two decades ago, where she lived until selling the compound to Timberlake. The “Cry Me a River” singer also purchased a vacant, 7-acre lot from Hunt that is adjacent to the main residence, which offers added privacy.

The sprawling two-level estate features nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms which are split between the main house and guest house. The interior of the Spanish villa was recently renovated by celebrity designer Estee Stanley, blinding rustic and modern styles. Stanley has previously worked on spaces owned by Patrick Dempsey, Ellen Pompeo, and Chris Evans.

The home features all the amenities you might expect from a Hidden Hills mansion, such as a plush home theatre, a personal gym, a gourmet kitchen, and four fireplaces. The luxurious master retreat includes a spacious walk-in closet and luxe bathroom.

Outside the property are the heavily wooded grounds; they include an expansive lawn as well as a lit tennis court, vegetable garden, along with an 85-foot zero-edge swimming pool, and separate plunge pool that Timberlake and Biel added during their ownership. To the side of the house, a large, covered patio provides a wonderful spot for dining with views of the San Fernando Valley skyline.

Large gates and a guardhouse ensure the owner will be afforded plenty of privacy. Just a short walk away, and you will find many famous Hidden Hills neighbors, including Drake, Kim Kardashian, West, and The Weeknd.
