Will Smith posted a video of Jason Derulo accidentally knocking his front teeth out with a golf club but calm down everyone, it almost definitely isn't real.

Have you tried watching a movie that had special effects which wowed you when you first went to see it at the cinema, only to be disappointed years later? It's one of the best ways to demonstrate exactly how far technology has come in a very short space of time. Even comparing explosions and action from the first movie in the MCU to the last shows up how far we've come in a short space of time.

It has come so far that it can often be hard to tell whether what we are looking at is real or not. That can be a very cool thing, and is most of the time. It can also be used to deceive, such as when people create deepfakes. In this instance, if the video has indeed been altered, it is nothing more than a little fun.

Will Smith posted a short clip of he and Jason Derulo using a virtual golf wall at the former's home. Smith appears to be giving the singer tips on his swing and decides to try and step in just as Derulo is about to rear back. That results in Smith taking a golf club to the mouth, and the results are not pretty.

Smith crawls towards the camera, showing off a couple of broken incisors. Meanwhile, a distressed Derulo profusely apologizes. It certainly looks like Smith is sporting some broken teeth, but there is a relatively long list of reasons why we're skeptical as to whether the video is legitimate, to say the least.

For starters, Smith reacts by showing the camera right away. There's no blood, and Derulo doesn't rush over to check he's okay. In the follow-up photo, it also looks like the damage is different from how it appeared in the video. This also isn't the first time Smith and Derulo have played a prank together on social media. The pair previously created a video in which Derulo magically appears inside one of Smith's sweatshirts.
