Conor McGregor has certainly made a career for himself with UFC. He’s given us a lot of shock-value content and we never know what McGregor is going to do next. As he winds up for another fight, we have to wonder if he’s going to pad his bank account a little more. He’s worth millions these days and he doesn’t have a problem spending his money. He believes in living the high life and his Instagram account proves it.

He made a ton of money from the Mayweather fight and we've watched him spend it on houses, cars, and a lot of designer clothing. One of his favorite brands to purchase is Gucci, fo course. We’ve seen him wear some pretty unusual outfits over the years and he seems to pull it off with ease. Only Conor McGregor would be able to wear some of the outfits he's been sporting in public. If you don’t believe us, then take a look at this list. Check out these 20 unusual Gucci things only Conor McGregor can pull off.

His $30,000 Gucci Mink Coat

He wore this custom Gucci mink coat during one of his press tours for UFC. He has a flamboyant style he isn’t afraid to show off. He likes to draw attention to himself, especially when it comes to wearing designer brands. The coat had the Italian house’s signature snake on the back and it was worth $30,000. Even if the public might not think it because of the headlines he's been involved in, McGregor is always trying to be a better man. “You might win some, you might lose some. But you go in, you challenge yourself, you become a better man, a better individual, a better fighter.”

He Hangs Out A Gucci

This is one of our favorite McGregor posts. He was hanging out at Gucci and wearing Gucci. As we said, it’s one of his favorite brands. The success that Conor has had may have a lot to do with his focus.

“I wish everyone well, but you need to focus on yourself. You need to stop putting your hand out.

Everyone wants handouts. Everyone wants things for free. You've got to put in the work. You've got to grind. You've got go through the struggle, and you've got to get it.”

Pop of red

Not too many guys would be confident enough to wear a pair of pants like these whether they were Gucci or not, but not everyone is Conor McGregor — he has more than enough confidence.

“I take inspiration from everyone and everything.

I'm inspired by current champions, former champions, true competitors, people dedicated to their dream, hard workers, dreamers, believers, achievers.”

Those Sweet Gucci Sneakers

The sneakers don’t look like anything special, but they are Gucci after all and they cost McGregor $868. It’s not his only pair of designer shoes either — his shoe game is quite strong. These Ace sneakers are definitely the kind of shoes that would draw attention and that’s what McGregor is looking for. He hit up the Big Apple and signed some autographs while he was on a shopping spree. He’s also wearing a Gucci jacket in this photo to complete his look.

The Brocade Pants

Those are some bright pants and again, it takes a confident man to pull them off. Those pants alone cost close to $1,500. He will usually match an odd pair of Gucci pants when he heads out with his mink jacket. “McGregor waltzed out of Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center locker room for his pre-fight press conference wearing a custom Gucci mink coat with the Italian house’s signature snake embroidered on the back, accessorizing his estimated $30,000 coat with 1970s inspired brocade Gucci pants and matching red turtleneck (which was later discarded for the fight). Do the math, and the entire outfit costs over a reported $150,000,” wrote Brobible.

All in White

Conor McGregor looks good all in white as he sports this cotton webcrest military-style polo shirt by Gucci. Again, this isn’t a look we often see actors and celebrities wear, but McGregor is not an ordinary celebrity. This shirt costs around $500. UFC wardrobe coordinator David Heil, CEO of David August clothing said,

“He’s such a style guy. He’s always been that way since the day I met him. He takes everything and makes it his own. It takes a guy with the right mind to pull off these extreme looks, and he does.”

Rainbow feet

These printed Gucci sneakers with ribbon are super colorful and we absolutely love them! It’s just one of many of the shoes he sports on a regular basis. He has said that his success has come from having a positive attitude. “I've read a lot of books on the laws of attraction, and in my home, I have a big book on Muhammad Ali, which I've read because he is, like, a hero of mine.”

A Tracksuit like no other

This yellow Gucci tracksuit was made famous because of Conor McGregor. Who would wear something like this other than McGregor? He handles himself in public as if he loves the drama around him.

“I don't feel pressure in a negative way. I like pressure. I feel excitement and calm at the same time. No pressure, no diamonds. I want pressure: pressure creates drama, creates emotion.”

He’s the kind of guy that works best when under pressure and that’s probably why he has had such success.

wear it proud

There’s no doubt about it, McGregor has a bold sense of style, but it also suits him really well.

“He’s usually sporting opulent brands such as Dolce and Gabbana, Versace, Gucci, Hermes, and Louis Vuitton, through heavily printed shirts, luxurious time-pieces, matching co-ords, and sartorial suits.

Yet, whether he’s rocking a suit which quite literally screams 'eff you,' or he’s wrapping himself up in a fur number, it’s always loud and impeccable, and sets him apart from everyone around him,” wrote Phix.

Gucci Teddy Bear Scarf

We’re not sure how McGregor manages to look amazing in a teddy bear Gucci scarf, but he does it. He couldn’t look happier doing it either. He may feel like a teddy bear with this scarf on, but he also sometimes feels like a gorilla.

“When I am free to train and free to move, I feel like a gorilla in the jungle. Then, when there are a bunch of media obligations, I feel like I have been captured and am being kept on display.”

Maybe that’s why he always has outbursts at press conferences.

He Rocked A Puppy Bomber Jacket

McGregor is somehow pulling off this somewhat feminine-looking, floral Gucci bomber with embroidered dogs. It’s his confidence that allows him to pull off almost any outfit. This jacket seems pretty simple, but it costs $3,750. This is just one of many everyday purchases McGregor makes when he goes on a shopping trips. There have been a few times where people will say, "Is he really wearing something like that?" and this would be one of those times.

he can never have enough Gucci accessories

We've seen him wear these round frames on multiple occasions and he has a few different pairs. He likes things that are different, and these glasses certainly are that. He believes in letting people be who they are. “I believe in believing. My coach John Kavanagh is a big atheist, and he is always trying to persuade people to his way of thinking, and I think, 'What a waste of energy.' If people want to believe in this god or that god, that's fine by me; believe away. But I think we can be our own gods. I believe in myself.”

He Loves His Space Shirt

It’s another unusual shirt and we wouldn’t have guessed that it was Gucci, but it is. It’s definitely one of the more fun shirts we've seen him wear. McGregor is looking to start his own fashion line and we aren’t really surprised that he would go there.

"Fashion is something that I am truly passionate about, and I am excited to share exactly that with my fans by giving them a chance to share my iconic looks."

McGregor adds, “I know the public will love what lies ahead.”

Gucci Octopus Shirt

It’s pretty obvious that Conor McGregor is not interested in traditional wear. This cool octopus shirt is one of many examples of that. David August Heil, the CEO and creative director for clothing company David August said,

“Conor doesn’t care about the traditional business suit; he likes pushing the boundaries,”

says Heil, who designs Conor’s suits. “It is a perfect example of the right client with the right tailor/stylist.” He definitely knows what he wants when it comes to style.

He Loves Bold Colors

One thing is for sure, Conor McGregor is not afraid of colors. In fact, the brighter the better. He's shown that in basically every outfit that he wears. He has made it pretty clear that he doesn’t think about much else other than the fighting game and what that brings for his family.

“I am in the fighting game. I don't care about anything else. I don't watch the news, I don't care about politics, I don't care about other sports. I don't care about anything I don't need to care about.

This is my sport; it is my life. I study it; I think about it all the time. Nothing else matters.”

Conor of the jungle

He is giving off major vacation vibes with this shirt. His wife Dee Devlin was pregnant at the time and the both of them look pretty happy. He’s confident when it comes to fashion as well as when he is in the ring. “If you are surrounded by your competition and you are outworking these people, outmaneuvering these people, it's hard not to let your confidence take over. It just builds and builds and builds.”

staying warm in Gucci

He looks pretty great in this black, white, and red Gucci sweater. When it comes to his clothing, especially his suits, he wants them to fit perfectly. He will even spend a lot of extra money to make sure that his clothing fits well.

“He likes to wear his suits high and tight and really tailored, and his size changes all the time depending on his fights.

So, we’re always measuring him to make sure it fits exactly how he wants it.”

from head to toe

The pants he's wearing are a little unusual, but it goes well with the white Gucci Ace leather sneakers that he’s wearing. His clothing may be loud at times, but so is he, so it's fitting.

“I am not afraid of saying something and going and pursuing it. That's it. I see it in my mind. I say it out loud. I go and do it.”

He is definitely not afraid to stand out.

McGregor Is Bold in Pink

Conor McGregor proves that guys can wear pink to in this long-sleeved Gucci sweater. The reason why McGregor is so lavish with his lifestyle is that he feels he deserves it. He came from nothing and now he’s a millionaire, so why not spend the money the way he wants to.

“I love money because I've earned it. I won sixty Gs with my first knockout and the week before, I was collecting social welfare.”

He does have a point and when you work as hard as he does, then he should be able to spend it any way he wants.

Butterfly effect

He sure does like his jungle wear and this is another Gucci number that is a full tracksuit with a jungle print. It’s an unusual outfit, but when we see McGregor wearing it, it just seems normal. His clothing certainly has given him the attention he wants.

“I'm just a kid that defied the odds. I'm just a kid that ignored the doubt.

I'm just a kid from a little place in Dublin, Ireland, that went all the way, and I'm going to continue to go all the way.”
