Joe Exotic aka The Tiger King currently has two albums in Amazon Music's top 100 best-sellers, and one of them might be about to make it to number one.

Services such as Netflix and Disney+ have never been more important than they are right now. Millions of people around the world are confined to their homes as they wait for the COVID-19 outbreak to blow over. Multiple forms of entertainment are needed to pass the time, and Netflix has delivered in a major way via the release of The Tiger King.

If you haven't watched what might be the wildest documentary of all time (no, we're not exaggerating) then you will have almost definitely heard about it. We won't give away any spoilers here, but the series follows the lives and rivalries of various different zoo and exotic pet owners. It includes murder, polygamy, drugs, and espionage. You know, everything you'd expect from a show about tigers.

The main character on the show is a man who has dubbed himself Joe Exotic. Chances are you will have never met anyone like Joe before. As well as owning a zoo and having two husbands, Joe is a big fan of country music. So much so that he has recorded a couple of his own albums. The music videos are incredible, and the one for heavy hit "Here Kitty Kitty" can be found below for your viewing pleasure.

The videos might not be great, but the songs aren't actually that bad. Clearly, that's a sentiment a lot of people share as Exotic's album I Saw a Tiger is currently number two in the Amazon music chart. What's more, if the current trend continues, the record will have dethroned Pearl Jam's Gigaton for the number one spot by the end of the week.

Knowing how fame-hungry Exotic is, his album charting so high is probably the best thing to ever happen to him. Not to mention the money that will be coming along with it. The trouble is, there's a vicious rumor out there that Exotic isn't the one singing on the album. Apparently singers Vince Johnson and Danny Clinton are the ones doing the singing. If that's not fodder for Tiger King season two, we don't know what is.
