Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine isn't all that liked out there right now and he's been hearing it from a multitude of big names in the music industry.
According to TMZ, Tekashi reckons everyone is going to forget all about his snitching when he gets out of prison and doesn't care about all the negativity he's been receiving from his fellow MCs. In fact, the New York native is said to believe that all of the persons criticizing him over the revelations he's made in court are "jealous."
The publication claims that sources close to Tekashi say that he has some "strong words" for his detractors. But, by the time he's done taking names, he might be too tired to fire back as the list of critics is growing steadily.
Said sources also claim that T69 thinks that people will forget about him testifying against his own crew as soon as he is released from jail and he will be even more popular. It's understood that the 23-year-old believes that all of his critics in the industry are envious and feel threatened by him as he'll leave them in the dust when he gets out and starts making hits again.
Tekashi has been the butt of jokes around the internet and has attracted the ire of popular hip-hop personalities like Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Cardi B, Meek Mill, 21 Savage, and Jim Jones. He's also received criticism from The Game, Irv Gotti, Skinnyfromthe9, and J. Prince.
It would appear that the rapper isn't at all bothered by all of this negative press and is only concerned about his freedom. It's hard to imagine him still having a huge fanbase when he gets out, though.
TMZ claims to have contacted Tekashi's attorney for comment but did not receive any.
