Phillip DeFranco was one of the original names on YouTube who burst onto the scene and helped grow the platform to what it is today with his entertaining, yet informative videos breaking down the latest news.

DeFranco has grown his platform to the point where he now earns $100,000 on a monthly basis with a net worth of $6 million, purely from uploading content onto YouTube on a regular basis.

With more than 2 billion views across his channel, DeFranco is one of the most popular YouTubers of all time and is someone who remains incredibly popular, despite how the platform has grown since he began.

Logan Paul - $14 Million 

Logan Paul is a very popular vlogger on YouTube who has grown himself at a rapid rate with a net worth of $14 million, which has come through his work on YouTube showing his journey as he travels the world.

Jacksepticeye is a YouTuber from Ireland who has become incredibly popular, with his content being primarily based on video games, commentating over different games as he plays.

With over 21 million subscribers and 10.4 billion views across his channel, it is quite easy to see why he has become one of the richest YouTubers in history, with a net worth of $16 million.

His channel has earned more than $30 million in revenue though, bringing in around $300,000 a month on average, and given that he typically produces two videos per day, he isn't showing any signs of slowing down.

Dude Perfect - $20 Million 

Dude Perfect is a YouTube channel is a sports-focused channel that is ran by a five-man group, all of whom became friends when attending the Texas A&M University, deciding to create the channel together.

The content sees them creating unbelievable trick shots or stunts that have become incredibly popular with their content getting shared all over the world on various social media platforms.

Their popularity has grown and grown with a net worth of $20 million, they now also have iPhone games and a product line with Nerf, all of which help to keep their brand growing.

Shaytards - $25 Million 

The Shaytards family consists of Shay Butler, Collette Butler and their children, with the channel originally starting from just the Shay Carl channel, things quickly exploded as they became one of the most popular channels on YouTube.

His video game content is a major hit, with Middleton primarily being known for streaming Minecraft related content, although he has also managed to sell out four shows at the Sydney Opera House as part of a world tour.

Ryan ToysReview - $18 Million

Ryan's toy reviews began being documented by his parents in March 2015 and the channel has now grown to have over 18 million subscribers, and while it isn't the biggest subscriber count, he is earning an incredible sum of money.

Fine Bros - $30 Million 

Although they have to split their money between them, making it slightly less profitable than some of the other examples on this list, the Fine Bros still have a net worth of $30 million and an incredibly successful business model.

PewDiePie - $30 Million
