KATY PERRY: $7.5 MILLION

Katy Perry made it big with her song "I Kissed A Girl" back in 2008 and ever since then, it's been smooth sailing for the talented singer. With a unique voice and a pinup style, Katy doesn't need to worry about digging the couch for pennies.

As of last year, Katy bought a home in the Los Angelas hills for $7.5 million. What's even more impressive is this home is solely for her friends and family when they're in town... The home is over 4,000-square-feet and located nicely inside a gated community.

CHARLIE PUTH: $9 MILLION

Charlie Puth really took the pop world by storm back in 2016. Today, he's still on the charts with "Cheating On You," "Mother," and "I Warned Myself." Thanks to his hit songs, Puth is living the good life in Beverly Hills. In 2017, Puth bought a mansion for $9 million. The home has amazing views of the canyons, a swimming pool, plenty of bedrooms, and a lot of class.

BRITNEY SPEARS: $7.4 MILLION

Britney Spears sure has owned a few properties in her day. She's been in the spotlight since her days on The Mickey Mouse Club and is still performing her top hits thanks to her residency in Las Vegas.

ADELE: $10.6 MILLION

This past summer, English songstress Adele dished out $10.6 million on a place to call home. Found in Beverly Hills, this new home isn't too far from another home she owns. Inside, it's filled with natural light, beautiful architecture, and exposed wood. It also has five bedrooms, which is plenty of room for her son, friends, and family who visit when they're traveling from overseas.

HARRY STYLES: $11.5 MILLION

When Harry Styles left One Direction, fans were worried he'd never be able to make it on his own. It can oftentimes be hard for singers to break off from the pact and become a star in their own right but Harry seems to have done it seamlessly.

SAM SMITH: $15.5 MILLION

Sam Smith started out as a shy singer who was singing songs about insecurities and heartbreak. However, these days, Smith seems to be better than ever with songs like "Dancing With A Stranger" and "Midnight Train." Thanks to Smith's success, he was able to splash £12 million (around $15.5 million USD) on a North London home. The beautiful stone-front home has a rich history and is beautifully tucked away. Sam appears to be an artist who enjoys his music but likes his personal life private.

ARIANA GRANDE: $16 MILLION

When Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson were engaged, the two decided to start fresh and call the Big Apple home. The pair bought a $16 million penthouse in New York and has five bedrooms to relax in. Finding a penthouse in Chelsea, however, isn't always easy.

THE WEEKND: $25 MILLION

The Weeknd's soulful voice allows him to partake in a multitude of genres and it's made him a wealthy man in a short amount of time.

In November of 2019, The Weeknd's success was proven when he spent $25 million on a Beverly Hills mansion. Known as a "bachelor pad," the property is 8,200-square-feet and has four bedrooms.  What's crazier is The Weeknd isn't getting an entire home with this money — it's a penthouse in a 22-story building.

TAYLOR SWIFT: $25 MILLION

It's no surprise that Taylor Swift is worth millions. Her songs are always at the top of the charts and she's been making innovative changes in the music industry. Due to her fame in the music world, Taylor bought a Hollywood home for $25 million. The charming home was built in 1934 and has a tong of character. Seeing Taylor's cozy personality, this beautiful home and neighborhood seem to be worth the millions of dollars.

BEYONCÉ & JAY Z: $88 MILLION

Jay Z may not be seen as a pop star but his wife Beyoncé sure is. With Jay Z's new billionaire status and Queen B's unwavering success in both acting and music, this couple shelled out $88 million on an LA mansion. With 30,000-square-feet of space, the Carters can do anything they put their mind to on this property. They're also protected from strangers and neighbors due to a gate on their property. Inside, the Caters have a gym, a pool, a basketball court, and enough space for their growing family. When they purchased this home in 2017, it was among some of the most expensive homes in Los Angeles at the time.
