Jennifer Garner has proved she's just a regular mom after she touted her daughter's cookies outside her local supermarket recently.
The actress, who has three children with former husband Ben Affleck - Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, five - posted a photo of herself on Instagram hawking the cookies.
"Why yes, kind sir, we do have Thin Mints," she captioned the snap, where she proudly holds up a homemade sign selling the treats. Going another step beyond, she told her followers in an Instagram story that she had purchased some boxes to sell on to her followers. "While my Girl Scout and Brownie have to sell their own cookies, I did buy a limited number of boxes from them to share with you guys," she said. "So, if you truly have no Girl Scout in your life, please send me your order and your address and I will try and hook you up." According to People, It didn't take long before they were all snapped up. The 13 Going On 30 actress spoke about her cookie selling skills in an interview on Live with Kelly and Michael in 2016. "I'm the one telling the girls, you know, 'Try to talk about gluten-free because they're a dollar more.' Let's have an upsell!" Garner is also a scout group leader but insists that her celebrity status really does nothing for them in terms of sales. "Nobody cares. I'm just there with the troop."
Jennifer Garner was married to Ben Affleck from 2005 to 2015. Although there was speculation the pair would reunite, they jointly filed divorce documents in April 2017 and intend on sharing physical and legal custody of their kids. Prior to this, Garner was married to actor Scott Foley, whom she met on the set of Felicity in 1998. The couple separated in 2003, citing irreconcilable differences. After her divorce from Affleck, she expressed that she had no desire to date, although there were rumors that Garner had been secretly seeing Star Trek actor Chris Pine.
