Starting with, "HE HAS RISEN aaaaahahahahhahahahahahahahahh" and then immediately telling the world that one of the actors looked a lot like the political commentator, Milo Yiannopoulos, Teigen was on a roll. "One guy looks EXACTLY like Milo Yiannopoulos. Try to spot him. #findmilo," Teigen tweeted.
It certainly seemed like she was getting the most of the performance or maybe more than the average person. Teigen's phone complete with activated Twitter account must have been glued to her hand and she continued to send out her thoughts about her husband's live performance as well as the overall show throughout the evening.
At one point, Teigen even admitted that "I have no idea what's going on I'm assuming these people are bad because coats." If you, like Teigen, might have no idea what Jesus Christ Superstar is about, allow us to enlighten you. The show is a 1970 rock opera that features music created by the legendary Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice. The musical made its Broadway debut in 1971.
Teigen's husband, Legend was a good choice for the role since the musical is just that - musical. There is very little spoken dialogue in the musical and the characters communicate primarily with song. The story is based on the Gospels' accounts of the final week of Jesus's life.
Teigen kept the humorous commentary going with one that said "I have a feeling whoever has the deepest V will be crucified" followed up with another tweet that states "THE V'S. THEY ARE A'DEEPENING." Teigen has a reputation for giving her husband a hard time via Twitter in the past for everything from small things that come up in day to day life to bigger things like his performances. We're not sure but we have a feeling that Legend probably appreciated his wife's playful teasing because it means she is watching him and cares about what he cares about - performing and singing.
