Armie Hammer is one of the hottest actors of the moment, so it's not surprising that a plethora of women across the world want to be his wife. Unfortunately for them, the title of Mrs. Hammer is already held by Elizabeth Chambers.

For most of us, the idea will remain purely a fantasy, but one woman took it a little far when she posed as Chambers in order to get an invite to the exclusive Vanity Fair Oscars after party.

Elizabeth isn't taking the insult lightly either, opting to sue Diana Roque Ellis for her attempt at impersonating her. According to Page Six, legal documents they managed to get hold of explain that Ellis fraudulently claimed to be the 35-year-old in an email, asking if she could bring a plus one to the star-studded event. At first, Vanity Fair accepted the email to be genuine, asking for the name of the additional guest. When Ellis replied with her name and asked for the invitation to be sent directly to her instead of Chambers as she would be arriving separately, the magazine began to realize something was awry. Clearly upset over the incident, the wife of the Lone Ranger star is seeking damages for "misappropriation of name" as well as requesting an injunction that forbids Ellis from using it.

Armie and TV personality Elizabeth married in 2010 after being introduced by Hammer's friend and artist Tyler Ramsay. Together the couple shares two children, Harper, born in 2014 and Ford, born last year. The happy pair often share pictures of their family life on their respective Instagram accounts, which are full of smiling snaps and dreamy vacation hotspots.

While Hammer's latest movie Call Me By Your Name just picked up four gongs at the Oscars, Chambers is no stranger to the screen herself. Although her acting career was relatively brief, the mother-of-two guest-starred on Criminal Minds, 2 Broke Girls, and E! News. According to InStyle, she left Hollywood behind to concentrate on her true love - baking. The couple opened up Bird Bakery in 2012. The store has two locations, in San Antonio and Dallas, and Chambers has big plans for her brand.

Let's hope no one tries to copy her.
