Is there anyone who doesn’t know Beyoncé? A singer, songwriter, fashion expert, businesswoman and humanitarian, Beyoncé is the highest nominee for Grammy Awards. Her name is Beyoncé Giselle Knowles Carter, an American by birth. Wife to famous rapper Jay-Z and mother to Blue Ivy, Beyoncé has been shooting for the stars since her career began. Her net worth stands at $256 million. Almost all her albums earned high popularity and achieved stupendous sales volume. She started her career as a part of the award winning girl group Destiny’s Child. From 2001 onward she started singing solo and became a lucky star for her producers whom she never left unhappy.

She saw some hard days when she was young. Her parents got divorced, and she went through a lot of hard times when she was dumped. Well, like any other star she has also got some ups and downs in life. There are many stories to her life, but the most important are those factors which only her close circle knows. The stories, like anything in Hollywood have later been publicized, as not even Beyonce can keep things away from the media. However, there are some things that only her assistant might have known about to begin with.

her cloudy days

When Beyoncé’s album The Writing's on the Wall won its first Grammy award in 2000, the lead girl of destiny’s child shortly went into a very dark time afterward. There were several reasons behind that, but the first and foremost was that two of her teammates had sued her dad for creating mismanagement in the team.

Her mother said that Beyoncé didn’t eat, remained in the room and stayed all alone. This period of her life is referred to as ‘the lonely period’. She remained confined to a room and paid no attention to whoever was at the door. She defined this as the worst period of her life. Beyond that was the fact that she was still trying to move past a breakup. After that, according to her mother, Beyoncé had only two choices, which was basically whether or not she wanted to continue on in life.

Today, she is clearly in a much better place in her life, as she is now married to the rapper turned mogul Jay-Z. She says that she occasionally is able to lead a somewhat normal life, when she goes for a walk in the park, for example, but she does crave the days where she had less publicity. In fact, she just wants to live a normal life. She said that if a time comes when people are tired of her songs, she will start mentoring small boys and girls. (Source: Accessonline.com)

SHE WAS TEASED BECAUSE OF HER EARS

When Beyoncé was a child, she looked typically cute with ears that were a little larger than normal. Well, for a super-talented multimillionaire artist like her, this hardly matters. When she spoke to Express, she told that while at school, she was called ‘Dumbo.’ She was subjected to being constantly bullied because of her big ears. When she was in middle school, she used to make buns to keep the hair tidy enough and also to keep the ears covered. Well, looks always do not matter, particularly her ears cannot be a vital mismatch to her getup right now. Being considered as one of the most beautiful women on earth, the big-lobed ear factor hardly bears any significance in her present life.

She expressed that when she reached thirteen, her parents were divorced. That was a difficult time for her. The parents say that they couldn’t concentrate on their marriage as they were too much obsessed with the career of Beyoncé. She went steady with her first boyfriend and then they split when she reached nineteen. But for a celebrated personality like Beyoncé, these ‘pitiful’ pasts hardly matters. She is undoubtedly the top-most music sensation and the winner of the most prestigious awards in music. (Source: Inquisitr.com)

nOT EVERYONE IS A FAN

Every celebrity is, at some point, protested against in some way. It's one of the reasons people love celebrities to begin with. People love to hate them. Of course, it's very hard to hate Beyonce, as she is a queen amongst us, but it has happened more than once that people have found reasons to hate on her too.

One of the reasons people have chosen to hate on the queen is not actually irrational at all. She has been put on display more than once because of the fact that she has worn fur on multiple occasions. Anyone can definitely imagine that wearing fur would definitely make a lot of people angry. It is 2018 after all, and the world is trying to move in a more green, animal aware place, but every time a celeb wears fur, it seems we take a couple of steps back. People were saying that even though she is super rich, it does not mean she should be wearing such things, no matter how good she thinks it looks. With all that money, she could buy literally whatever she wants, so why does she keep going back to the one thing that she knows would make people upset? It was not a deal breaker for fans, but it was certainly something that made them less than content.  (Source:Express.co.uk, Foxnews.com, Theinsydr.com)

She had some issues with her father

Beyonce's parents, Mathew and Tina Knowles, made a lot of sacrifice for making their daughter a music superstar. They were slapped with a $38,845 tax lien in the year 1995, and her mom was also charged with 11 bounced cheques which she issued. The parents even filed for bankruptcy thrice in a year. There were some rumors that Beyoncé left her dad, who is also her manager with a hefty debt. Mathew’s earnings took a dip down when the daughter abandoned him in 2011. Anyways, Mathew says that he was just a victim of a clerical error and he ultimately paid off his dues.

Her dad even implied that if Beyoncé had been a skin tone darker than what she is, she would not have been a successful figure. Mathew highlighted the issue of skin tone while he was interviewed by Ebony, a magazine. Well, to give this sort of statement is quite frankly, astounding. To mirror this, Beyonce has a song called Daddy Lessons which talks about how men shouldn't be trusted. She even used to compare her husband to her father, as both of them have strayed from their wives. So, her family life was not always a walk in the park, as clearly shown. SHE TOOK HER PREGNANCY TO A DIFFERENT LEVEL

Well, as a star, Beyoncé carried her pregnancy to a different level. For other actors when they became pregnant, they must have done some great photoshoot worth remembering, but for Beyoncé, it was extraordinary. Unlike other stars, Beyoncé posed for a photo shoot during her pregnancy period, being upside down in the water performing a somersault with fringes of orange fabric around her. Talk about being dramatic.

Well, for anybody else to pose like this would have been just terrible, and naturally, people would have spoken badly about them. But for Beyoncé, it makes sense. Another notable picture from her pregnant days was when her cute daughter Blue Ivy planted a kiss on her mommy's belly. Words cannot express the cuteness of the image. There are various photogenic moments that Beyoncé posted on her website, which are just mind-boggling. It looks like pregnancy is the best moment for every woman. She also leads the list of best dressed pregnant celebrities. Well, this is what Beyoncé is better known for. She knows how to take the cutest moment of her life to a different level of aristocracy. There is no doubt that she had a strategy of popularizing every moment of her life in a unique way.(Source: Blogs.babycenter.com)

she doesn't always give credit

Beyonce loves writing her own songs, but she does occasionally require help. Almost 72 writers were involved in writing the lyrics for the album Lemonade. One song, Hold Up, had 15 writers stacked up writing for the song. Beyonce's songs are whatever she wants them to be, they range in both style and message. To make her song lyrics perfect, she has handpicked the artists and writers for her songs, but above all, she pens through her works. The credit of her songs goes to all including herself, as to make something excellent, everyone has to work together.

Beyonce is both a genius and a poet, but that does not mean she made it to the top all on her own. All the writers should get credit, but the issue seems to be that they don't always get their way. When hearing about her best albums or songs, the public never hears about anything that comes from somewhere else. Everything seems to stem from Beyonce herself, but perhaps it should not be this way if she is not the only one writing her music. That credit deserves to go all around in order for everyone to feel good about the work they are putting into those albums. (Source: Thedailybeast.com)

BEYONCE, THE HIGHEST PAID PERFORMER GLOBALLY

Beyoncé is regarded as the highest paid female singer who earns a whopping 105 million dollars. The American singer and songwriter released six studio albums, four live albums and has performed for five charity singles in her life. As a solo artist, she sold almost 100 million singles and 60 million with the Destiny's Child. She was certified as one of the top performers by Recording Industry Association of America. Her career began as a lead vocalist while she was recording for Destiny’s Child. Then she recorded Crazy in Love and Baby boy for her first single studio album.

Gradually, she recorded Me, Myself and I followed by Naughty Girl and The Closer I Get To You, the romantic ballad. Her songs peaked to the no. 1 position in the US Billboard 200. Besides, Beyonce's Lemonade which was appreciated by her fans and critics was a big hit as she managed to secure the sixth solo no. 1 spot. It reached 25 billion dollars in terms of sales. She took a break from her career with husband Jay Z to deliver her twin babies. Moreover, her Adele attracted listeners from all age-groups and earned a gross of 69 million dollars. You'll hardly find a music lover who does not appreciate Beyoncé songs.(Source: Forbes.com)

BEYONCE IS AN EARLY BIRD IN THE WORLD OF MUSIC

Beyoncé’s music career has two phases. First, when she was the head of a choir called Destiny’s Child and second when she was singing solo. In Destiny’s child, there were mainly four people in the team namely- Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, Letoya Luckett and also Latvia Robertson. Beyoncé’s dad who was actually the manager of the girl's group put them in a training camp to sharpen their skills. Tina, Beyoncé’s mom, used to design the costumes for them. Destiny’s Child landed their first major contract when they joined hands with Columbia for their first hit No, No, No Part 2.

Destiny’s Child recorded their 2nd album The Writing's on the Wall in 1999 which earned the no. 1 position on Billboards Hot 100. Bills, Bills, Bills proved not only a milestone the Destiny’s Child members but also established Beyonce as the face of the group as the sound went on to become a big hit. Now, when the members of the group were revolving, it was left to the understanding that Beyonce's parents were controlling the group. Well, Beyonce might be a world-class singer, but her success story started right from when she was a child as young as four years.(Source: Vox.com)

HER FAVORITE NUMBER IS 4

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are very fond of the number 4. The new album they did together is called 4:44. When they started releasing advertisements from the album, it left their fans guessing, and they found it really vague and that the cryptic words had no meaning at all. In an interview with iHeart Radio, after the album’s release, the couple told their fans that this figure was just their lucky number. Although fans started framing their own theories, the couple told that it was the name of their next upcoming album.

Beyoncé says that the song she sang was written at 4:44 am in the morning. There might be other reasons for that being her favourite number; Beyoncé says that she was born on Sep 4th, her mother was born on Jan 4th and her husband Jay-Z was born on Dec 4th, 2008. Also, she was married on 4th April 2008, and then her tattoos match the letter 4 as well. Her daughter was named as Blue Ivy, which is a play on the Roman numeral 4. Whatever may be the reason, but there is undoubtedly some reason why a celebrity like Beyoncé prefers the letter 4. (Source: Elitedaily.com)

SHE'S AN ENTREPRENEUR

Beyoncé, in an interview with the OUT magazine, spoke about the traits that she develops every time she works on an album. Some of them include discipline, control, patience, truth, effortlessness, and taking risks in both her life and career. Beyoncé is a star, mother, entrepreneur, and wife. So she has her own challenges to face. Even in her early days, she researched about pop stars like Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and many others. She tried to learn lessons on how to cope with failure. Whenever we hear about some successful person, we all know that their success wasn’t a smooth route without any pitfalls or challenges. But the reality is different. The person has to travel a rough way before she hits the success button.

When Beyoncé’s album Lemonade was released in 2016, it was the first 12 concurrent songs that hit the US Billboard Hot 100. She was covered in the Fortune's prestigious most powerful women category. Since she’s a multitalented personality considering she's a composer, singer, actress, and also a business mogul, she didn’t do anything that ever went wrong. She believes in dedication and hard work and having a fruitful partnership at work. (Source:Forbes.com, Matoyana.co.za)

she keeps getting nominated

Beyoncé is the most nominated person in the Grammys, and for good reason. Every time she decides to put out a song or an album, she completely takes over the game.

Beyoncé was nominated for the best urban contemporary album though, at present, Queen Bey is running as the most nominated person for music award category. Beyoncé so far has won 22 Grammy awards; it's just a reality and no prejudice. Beyoncé sang with Ed Sheran and Gary Clark junior at the Stevie wonder Grammy tribute. Beyoncé opened the show by strutting and performing fingertips, which is no. 1 hit on Billboard Hot 100. Beyoncé was nominated 63 times for the Grammy awards. She bagged up five awards as a solo artist while at the 46th Grammy awards. She won the award for the best contemporary category. Being the highest female nominated personality, Beyoncé certainly deserves special mention. Her song numbers including Purple Rain and Crazy in Love are the best medley we enjoyed. Well, she has broken records of artists who were considered enigmas in the entertainment industry. Although she has struggled in her initial days, she ultimately reached the peak of success with her unparalleled voice and performance.(Source:Billboard.com;Grammy.com)

SHE'S THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF "BOOTYLICIOUS"

Beyoncé, during her Destiny's Child days, wore clothes which were too revealing. The costumes were designed by her mom Tina Knowles, and the pants were always low on her hips. Naturally, dressing in this way kind of worked out for them, as it got everyone talking. The media referred a new term called ‘bootylicious', which at this point, is pretty much centered just towards Beyonce. While many thought she was promoting a bad way of dressing for women, this is actually not the case, as Beyonce was owning her body. Later the term bootylicious was introduced in the English dictionary in the year 2004.

Of course, Beyoncé has a style of her own. She continues to stun us all with her sense of style. Every award show or performance always has her looking her best. She is not the first to do such a thing; many who have come before her have stunned the world with their incredible sense of style. Beyoncé, with her darkish glowing complexion, knows how to keep her audience mesmerized. She has become a superstar partially for her songs, but also because she knows exactly how to capture everyone's attention on and off stage. She never fails to impress. (Source: Noisey.vice.com)

SHE knows her worth

Beyoncé was named as the most beautiful woman in the world, according to People's magazine. However, this might not have been sheer coincidence. Well, the marketing person of Davie Brown entertainment, Matt Dalzell, believes that there is some strategy behind featuring a face on the cover of People. According to him, Beyoncé can choose the best opportunities that line with her.

Some people like Hollywood Life editor-in-chief Bonnie Fuller, says that often times, whoever is named most beautiful has a lot of upcoming projects, or has been in the spotlight surrounding the time of the release of the magazine. As an example, Beyonce makes sure she is always in the spotlight in some shape or form. When she released the photoshoot of herself pregnant with Blue Ivy or the twins, for example, the internet practically broke. Assuring someone is always talking about her is an excellent way to be certain that she will end up on the cover of an important magazine, even if it is for a reason that is not very important, like being the most beautiful in the world. SHE'S GENEROUS

Beyoncé is not only a star singer but also has a great heart. The hit singer announced that she is going to sponsor education costs of four women who want to study at college. Apart from spending on lavish holidays, cars and expensive gifts, Beyoncé also spends her money in some charitable organizations like the Survivor Foundation and the Houston Charity. The Survivor Foundation was to help the victims of hurricane Katrina. She has reportedly donated another 100K to the "Gulf Coast Ike Fund" for supporting those victims. She gave 7 million to the Houston Charity to build houses for the homeless. Total 43 homes were built for them. The charity also provides food, job readiness program, HIV testing, etc. to the homeless individuals.

Beyonce helped raise 1 million to support those affected in Haiti disaster of 2009. She recently visited Haiti and helped the victims with gauge, spirit, lift spirits, coloring books, and other necessities. She, along with her husband Jay-Z, donated hundreds of thousand dollars to support protesters. Well, Queen Bey has donated with open hearts and have helped the poor, needy and underprivileged to win over tough circumstances. Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z has left behind huge sums for the disadvantaged and set an example that it requires the individual heart to be a real artist, talent is not enough. Beyoncé has a daughter named Blue Ivy who is already a celebrity. When she was just 4 days old, her voice was recorded and broadcasted in the Billboard top 10, which attracted millions of fans. In another single Beyoncé’s two-year-old daughter made an on-screen appearance. The song was beautiful and was immediately downloaded from iTunes, and several fans appreciated the voice of her daughter at the end of the song.

When you have a famous mom like Beyoncé, it definitely comes with publicity and some perks. Blue Ivy joined Beyoncé at the premiere of Disney’s adaptation of popular children novels at the El Capitan theatre at Los Angeles. Both of them jumped to show their excitement to the public and of course in front of the camera. Beyoncé posted several pictures on the Instagram, where one showed her child hiding behind the security guard. Great people have great stories to share. The media is very much interested peeping into the personal lives of stars. If Blue Ivy continues to charm the paparazzi, she will no doubt have them eating in the palm of her hand, just like her mother. (Source:Dailymail.co.uk, People.com)
