Well, it's no surprise that Jennifer Lawrence is a pretty hot topic. To start with...she's gorgeous. Everyone knows that. Or at least everyone who isn't her. She loves nothing more than awkward and self-deprecating humour. And hey, don't get me wrong, I think that's great and hilarious. Not everyone else does though, but there's always some photo of some moment that is just pure awkwardness on the part of J-Law.

And that's what you're here looking through this article for. Who doesn't love moments where celebrities are caught looking strange or messing up lines or can't even walk? And who doesn't love the infamous wardrobe malfunction? Well, if you need to ever stock up on a few laughs at a celebrity's misfortune with wardrobe, then just go to J-Law. She pretty well has a dress mess up every time she wears one!

But there's more to Jennifer Lawrence than just wardrobe issues. There are awkward and "mistaken" kisses, there are fat jokes made to show hosts, weird dances, photo-bombs, threats to push Taylor Swift down some stairs, awkward stories, and more. She doesn't really seem to care what the public thinks about her...and I have to say that I admire the heck out of that.

Sick At A Premiere 

Ok, so to be fair here, it's not like anyone from the paparazzi actually caught a moment on camera of Jennifer Lawrence spoiling herself, but this was a big admission when chatting with Letterman. J-Law is not exactly a very subtle human being so she outright said she had been sick and letting go in her pants for three weeks before she finally went to the hospital, thinking she had an ulcer.

She coined the term "fulcer" that day, meaning that it was a false ulcer. It's nothing too clever, but you should have seen Letterman's face. Priceless. This was all brought up because of how she reportedly looked sick at the L.A. Premiere of Catching Fire. It seems like there was a different kind of fire going on in her body in a place she didn't want.

Slipping And Stopping Another Slip

I'm not sure if you know this about Jennifer Lawrence, but she is a complete klutz. She seems to have no coordination which is crazy when you watch all the action she gets into in her films. But if you put a dress on her, you're basically setting her up for failure. And that is exactly what happened at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Lawrence's dress was perhaps a bit too long and she took a bit of a spill. Unlike most of her colleagues when they bail and have a slip, Lawrence managed to prevent a second spill at the top of her dress. She's mighty lucky because, in addition to all the private photos that were leaked of her all over the internet, the last thing she needed was a slip to join the mix. That being said...it's kind of shocking she hasn't really slipped the nip given how clumsy she is.

Dancing Up To Harrison Ford!

This is probably one of the most hilarious things of all time. So, Jennifer Lawrence was featured on the Graham Norton Show and she was recounting a tale of when she was going to go up at a party to meet the guys from Star Wars. Of all the people sitting there, she was focused on Harrison Ford. In the photo above you can see her recreating the way she danced up to these big name actors who, at that point, had actually no clue who the hell she was!

She made it all the way up to them, realized that they didn't know her at all, and she quickly turned around and danced back to where she was. Then Jack Whitehall (who was there with her at the time) strolled up to Harrison Ford and Ford immediately got up and said hi to him. Ouch.

Creeping Up On Taylor Swift!

Alright, this is so wonderfully awkward and hilarious and comes in about three different stages. So, Taylor Swift is getting interviewed at the Oscars and J-Law is on her way in. She gets into the shot and creeps behind Swift as you can see in this photo. Not only did she make a live interview hilarious, but she also bombed plenty of photos.

Then, if that wasn't strange and awkward enough, J-Law walks up to T-Swizzle to say hi...but that's not where it ends. They both share a lovely "hello", and then J-Law admits that she was originally going to walk up there and shove Swift down the stairs. Sure, they know each other and are sort of friends, I guess, but you can see that awkward "WTF" moment in Swift's eyes before she tries to make a joke of the whole thing.

Apparently, J-Law Is A Bit Lopsided

You probably actually don't notice this at all when you're looking at photos of Jennifer Lawrence because you're too busy thinking about how gorgeous she is and wishing you could meet her...or whatever you are thinking in your parents' basement, but the J-Law is apparently a little off-balance upstairs. And I don't mean in her head (well that too).

Lawrence recounts an awkward story of being talked through an X-ray of her lungs and as she's gazing at it, she blurts out to the doctor that her chest is actually uneven! The doctor, allegedly, completely ignores the comment and continues on with the explanation. Still in shock about the discovery, Lawrence brings it up again when she's about to leave, saying that they have to address this uneven issue. The doctor ignores her again.

Jennifer Lawrence All...Plugged Up

If you think that the title of this entry could be taken in a pretty naughty way, then you're probably not too far from the reality of the story. I think it was with Seth Meyers that J-Law mentioned she would want to be a hotel maid if the acting thing didn't work out because she could do the kind of cleaning she enjoys, and snoop through other people's things. Then she tells the very strange story of how a friend bought her a bunch of plugs (allegedly for a joke) and she had them all in her hotel room.

Realizing that when she left the room for the day, a maid would be in to clean, she packed them all into a case and put them under the bed. When she returned to her room later that day, she ended up with an orderly display of plugs on the bedside tables...Try and get that out of your head.

Turning A Gown Into A Mini Dress

I don't know how she does it but I swear every single time Jennifer Lawrence puts on a dress, she ends up falling, or slipping out or, in this case, losing half of the damned thing! I don't fully understand how this happened, and I hope she questioned the designer after the night was through, but as J-Law was approaching the stage at the SAG Awards...her dress tore in half! Do you see the dress she's wearing in this photo and how it looks like a fun and short little party dress? Well, it used to be a full-length gown!

She just strode up those stairs with such determination, I guess, and stepped onto the base of the gown...and it came right apart. It's a good thing the dress was layered in that way though. It would have been really embarrassing for her if her entire dress had torn off while accepting an award. But hey, at least she won.

How's The Rash Doing? 

So, look...cards on the table here, I've never actually seen a single one of the Hunger Games movies. I like Jennifer Lawrence just fine, but I think I just couldn't be bothered with the hype of the films as they were coming out. Either way, those of you who have seen them will recognize Josh Hutcherson who was her co-star. Now, this isn't a shot of the event, but the interview is easily found online and it's priceless.

While Hutcherson is getting interviewed, Jennifer Lawrence walks by behind him and asks how his rash is doing (loud enough so the mics can pick it up). Then Liam Hemsworth walks by right in front of Hutcherson to further mess up the interview. Once they've both gone, Hutcherson forgets what he's on about and the interviewer immediately says "we were talking about your rash..."

The Red Carpet Bail

It's not enough that J-Law takes a step and rips half of a dress off. Oh, no. She has to go further than that. Now, throughout history, there have been some pretty amazing red carpet mishaps. Slips, fights, naughty gestures, substances, and falls of all kinds. Well, in the above photo, you're seeing the aftermath of an Oscar night fall. You see the cops assisting her to make sure she's stable. And you see her and the woman in front of her laughing. Which is kind of amazing.

I can't recall who it was in front of her, but J-Law just about tore the poor woman's dress off her back while trying to catch herself from taking a tumble. Luckily for both of them, their clothes stayed on, but the media was definitely hoping for some good shots of naughty bits.

The Big Oscar Fall!

This has probably got to be one of the most embarrassing and heartbreaking moments J-Law had had up to that point of her career. This was her big night. She won the Oscar for Best Actress and while she was getting all emotional about winning, I guess she forgot to grab her dress as she went up the stairs, so she ended up going up the stairs with her face! She did get up and got herself to the microphone without too much delay and everyone gave her a big cheer.

She shrugged it off by saying that the only reason people were clapping was because they just all witnessed her most embarrassing moment ever. But hey, no one can really make fun of her too much...she did win the bloody Oscar. Her speech was pretty awkward after the bail though. She forgot what she was going to say.

 The Oscar After Party

This is something pretty special. After her third time at the Oscars, one of J-Law's friends made her put her on the guest list so she could be around the stars. Well, once the ceremony was finished, Lawrence's friend decided they had to go to the after party (this was after sneaking out to the bar to have some drinks during the show). Well, they got to the after party and what did J-Law do?

Well, it was her first Oscar after party so she probably did a lot, but the most notable thing was her throwing up all over the front porch of the host's place. And who should be coming up the walkway behind her saying "get yourself together"? Miley Cyrus...as if she was ever in a position to judge someone getting smashed in public!

"You Should Be Off The Pudding..."

This is probably one of the funniest things Jennifer Lawrence has ever said and one of the greatest staged awkward moments of hers. In an episode of Zach Galifianakis' Between Two Ferns, J-Law makes a pretty wonderfully awkward crack about Zach's weight. He mentions her film Hunger Games and she says that it's sort of the story of his life.

Zach tells her that what she said was off-putting, to which she replied: "you should be off pudding...because you're fat...you shouldn't eat any more pudding." The lingering awkward silence is wonderful. Now, I know that this is a comedy show and it's cut and scripted and it's meant to be that awkward, but this has got to be an awkward moment that people can't forget. Even if it is manufactured awkwardness.

J-Law Smooches Natalie Dormer

I know that many of you are now recalling some wonderful memories and if you didn't know about this before, are now creating some disturbing fantasies. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with your fantasies via this article. Anyway, this is definitely one of those awkward moments that everyone has loved. Just coming up to say hi to Dormer with a kiss on the cheek, J-Law ends up planting a kiss right on Dormer's lips as she turns into and returns the kiss.

They both suddenly look surprised then start acting all bashful. Of course, leave it to Jennifer Lawrence to make the whole just a little more awkward and hilarious. Once she starts walking away she says "Oh, my god, I just kissed you...and I liked it." Well, its pretty hilarious watching Natalie Dormer trying to finish her interview before she's told she has J-Law's lipstick on her face still, to which she says: "I'm going to wipe Jennifer Lawrence off my face."

"I Beat Meryl!"

I'm actually shocked that so many people laughed at the start of this speech. I think it probably had mostly to do with the awkwardness of the comment that opened J-Law's speech at the Golden Globes. She looked down at her new award and said: "Oh, what does it say? I beat Meryl." This was in reference, of course, to Meryl Streep (because usually, she wins everything). She then went on to say something that is a little more terrifying now when you think about who she was talking about.

While she as thanking everyone, she looked up and said: "thank you, Harvey, for killing whoever you had to kill to get me up here." She's talking about the infamous Harvey Weinstein whose career has now been destroyed because of the assault allegations against him and the careers of women he's destroyed. J-Law said of that situation that she wants to see him in jail.

Shooting Intruders With Bow And Arrow

This is one of the greatest and most awkward moments J-Law has ever had, I'm sure. I know she's torn and tripped over dresses all over the world, and I know that she's said some pretty strange things to some pretty well-known people. But this takes the cake.

After an archery practise for The Hunger Games, J-Law came back to her home, got out of her car in the garage and heard that there were people inside her house. I guess not realizing that there were people working outside on her patio, she reached into her car, grabbed her quiver of arrows, strapped it to her back, grabbed her bow and then marched in the house, bow armed and at the ready, to find her houseworkers there...and then, in typical J-Law fashion, she tried to play it off like "Oh, hey guys...what's up?"
