Material Girl singer Madonna is throwing some of her material possessions.

Madonna sold her apartment on the Upper West Side for $16 Million. She bought it when she was still in a relationship with Sean Penn.

It is a 6,000-square-foot property which was first listed for $23.5 million. Madonna then bought it for a reduced cost of $19.95 million plus a monthly maintenance of $11, 774.  It features 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 5 wood-burning fireplaces and a view of Central Park.

The duplex was then bought by couple Deepak Narula and Anju Murari-Narula. Mr. Narula is the founder of the $1.4 billion Metacapital Management fund

Months after she sold her Upper West Side townhouse, Madonna reportedly listed in the market her Beverly Hills home for $22.5 million.

The luxurious mansion which Madonna owns for nearly a decade, features 9 lavish bedrooms, 8 bathroom, 2 guesthouse, two living rooms, a junior dining room, indoor gym, a vast screening room, an additional office for his staff, infinity pool and tennis court.

Recently, Madonna was reported to be eyeing a luxury project in Tel Aviv in Israel. It was a building designed by a renowned architect Richard Meier that features an apartment to provide residents with the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is reported to be worth $1.4 million with one Ukrainian billionaire bidding it for $47 million. Madonna has been to Israel several times, as it was the venue for the first concert of her MDNA 2012 tour, graced by 30,000 Israel fans.
