Jennifer Lawrence’s Beverly Hills Mansion

After the eminent celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres and Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Lawrence is the most recent female celebrity to occupy this luxurious Beverly Hills mansion. Lawrence bought this 5500 square-foot-home from actress Jessica Simpson for $8 million back in 2013.

Hemsworth bought the estate for a large sum of $6.8 million and had planned to marry Miley Cyrus in his mansion late last year. However, tragedy struck when his house was almost completely destroyed in the wreckage of the 2018 California wildfires. The wedding was later shifted to Cyrus’s Franklin home.

Hayden bought her modern Hollywood Hills home back in 2008 for $2.6 million and sold it for $3 million in 2014 before moving to Florida from Los Angeles.

The Disney actress put her house back on the market in early 2016 for $3.5 million and eventually sold it for $2.7 million two years later after many price reductions.

Joe Jonas’s Sheman Oaks Farmhouse

The teen actor and lead singer of two of the world’s most distinguished bands, Jonas brothers and DNCE, Joe Jonas bought an upscale farmhouse in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles back in February of 2016 for $3.7 million.

The 5,600 square-foot farmhouse came with four bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a stainless steel kitchen, a home-theatre, a pool, a hot tub and a guesthouse. The master suite was fitted with a walk-in closet, a fireplace and even a steam bath. Jonas put his house back on the market shortly after his engagement to GOT star Sophie Turner for $4.25 million, but eventually settled for the same price he bought it for, selling his home for $3.7 million in 2018.

Miranda Cosgrove’s Hollywood Hills Manor

Miranda Cosgrove may only be 25 years old, but she has over a decade worth of acting credits to her name. She rose to fame with Nickelodeon’s Drake & Josh and iCarly, as well as the renowned film, School of Rock. Back in 2012, the Guinness Book Of World Records listed Cosgrove as the highest-paid kid actress on television. Lucy Hale’s Spanish Villa

The star of ABC’s famous series Pretty Little Liars and CW’s short-lived series Life Sentence, Lucy Hale bought a 4-bedroom and 4-bathroom villa back in 2014. Her 3,880 square feet house located in Studio City, California, cost the young star $1.7 million to procure.

The spacious house is lined with white painted brick floors, a white-brick fireplace, white marble countertops and multiple sets of French doors. The master suite takes up the entire top floor, accompanied by a large master washroom and a scenic balcony. Her estate is covered in faux grass that surrounds a saltwater pool and a cabana. After roughly 4.5 years of living in her Californian mansion, Hale sold her house for $2.5 million.
