10. Polaris RZR 170 White

The Polaris RZR 170 White takes the tenth place on this list. It is priced at $4,399. However, this does not mean that it sits on a low class ranking. This ATV/UTV is actually developed for young riders. Its design cues come from the RZR 800, which many considers as the big brother. The Youth machine can only hold the rider/driver and a passenger. A 169cc engine powers the Polaris RZR 170 White and the vehicle also features a safety whip flag, adjustable steering wheel, parent-adjustable speed limiter, full cab frame, side nets, disc brakes, and a pair of matching helmets.

9. Can-Am DS 450 X mx

The DS 450 X mx, a sports ATV, costs $8,999. This price is just a little more expensive than the YFZ450R SE from Yamaha. This particular model costs $1,200 more than the regular DS 45. The sport utility Can-Am Renegade 1000 X Xv ATV is the most expensive of the five different BRP Renegade models being offered as of today. The cheapest, which is the Renegade 500, costs $8,149. The 1000 X xc costs $13,549, which is $5,400 more. This is still a worthy investment though, as for this additional money, you will get Fox Podium Performance RC2 piggyback shocks (for both the front and the rear), dynamic power steering (tri-mode), 12-inch beadlock wheels, aluminium skid plates, and Visco-Lok among many others. The Can-Am Outlander 1000 X mr Camouflage is being offered at $14,899. There are many features that make this particular model more expensive than the other Outlander versions. These include an extended chassis, Gorilla Axle Silverback tires, dynamic power steering available in tri-mode, relocated radiator, and Fox Air Assist HPG shocks. If you want a paint job on your Can-Am Outlander 1000 X mr Camouflage, just add $500 more and you will get what you want.

5. Can-Am Outlander MAX 1000 Limited

The Can-AM Outlander MAX 1000 Limited sits is the 5th placer, and is being sold at $15,099. While there are other limited 2-up ATV options that buyers can choose from, this particular ATV model from BRP is a whole new story. The Outlander MAX 1000 has been made available this year in 15 different models, and this does not even include the color options. The leading model is the Outlander MAX 1000 Limited, which costs $2,600 more than the 1000 DPS. For this additional expense, you will get a Garmin GPS, Air Control Suspension Fox Air Assist shocks, analog and digital gauge, premium painted plastics, heavy duty bumpers (for both the front and the rear), and many more.

4. Arctic Cat Wildcat 4 1000, Polaris RZR XP 4 900 LE

The Arctic Cat Wildcat 4 1000 and the Polaris RZR XP 4 900 LE, both of which costs $19,599, are multi-passenger sport UTV’s. These competitors, both hailing from Minnesota, share a lot of similarities including motors, long chassis, and power steering. The major differences between the two, aside from their manufacturers, are that the Arctic Cat Wildcat is 64 pounds heavier and it also has a longer wheelbase, at 17 inches.

3. Commander 1000 Limited

The Commander 1000 Limited is a sport-utility UTV with a price tag of $20, 299. This UTV is considered to be the most competitive in the individual class. This BRP edition is more expensive than the standard Can-Am Commander 1000; it is worth $7,200 more. This extra $7,200 gets you an Air Control Suspension for both the front and the rear (including FOX HPG piggyback shocks), rear net, 2-piece roof, dynamic power steering, and a sound system with 4 different integrated speakers. Premium painted plastic, Garmin GPS, cast-aluminium wheels, and Warn winch among many others are also included in the package.

2. Polaris RZR XP 900 H.O. Jagged X Edition

The Sport UTV Polaris RZR XP 900 H.O. Jagged X Edition takes second place, with its hefty price tag of $21,999. It is relatively new, but it definitely is evolving quickly. Every year, the new model comes equipped with innovative technologies and improvements, perfect for those who consider themselves as gear heads. This limited edition of the Polaris RZR class costs thousands more compared to its closest competitors, the Wildcat 4 1000 and the RZR XP 4 900 LE. This can be attributed to the fact that the Polaris RZR XP 900 H.O. Jagged X Edition features a unique chassis, upgraded engine (ProStar 900), SLP exhaust, beadlock wheels and shock package from Walker Evans, factory installed doors, and PRP seats.

The commercial Polaris Brutus HD PTO UTV leads the pack in this list of the top 10 most expensive ATV’s and UTV’s in the market, being sold at a whopping price of $23,999. The main attraction to this model is its standard power take-off feature. In other words, it transforms a regular utility UTV into something more powerful such as a small tractor. It also has enough power to run a snow blade, materials bucket, pallet forks, and mower among many others. The Polaris Brutus HD PTO comes equipped with fully enclosed cab that has defrosting, heating, and air conditioning systems.
