Far from being a fixer-upper property, Kourtney's new home is move-in-ready and comes complete with contemporary designs  and incredible features that are perfectly suited to her taste and style. The location of this property is as desirable as the home itself, as it is situated in the prestigious Madison Club. In fact, The Hollywood Reporter claims that the monthly fees are set at $1,485, which affords Kourtney; "access to an exclusive array of amenities, including a private clubhouse, five-star dining and concierge services, wellness pursuits, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and spa amenities."

Perhaps the biggest draw to this impressive estate is the scenic, atmospheric courtyard. This area is said to feature an elaborate sitting area along with a fire pit, and it's not just the cozy environment that has impressed Kourtney - it's the incredible views, too. The courtyard boasts a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa Mountains and includes a very impressive swimming pool.  Giving the semblance of tranquil continuity, her infinity-edge pool seems to spill right into the palm trees in the distance, making this home truly feel like a top-end resort.

When it's time for entertaining, Kourtney can impress her guests with several fireplaces, an enormous games room, and a custom bar that's complete with quartz counters.

Of course, this is not the only property that Kourtney owns, but this newest addition to her real estate portfolio is a unique one, as it takes her out of her Calabasas'  comfort zone and introduces her to a new community.

The Hollywood Reporter confirms that in spite of being a new resident of the Madison Club, Kourtney will still be in very good company.  It is reported that her neighbors include; "Kris Jenner, Irving Azoff, Cindy Crawford, Nike’s Phil Knight, L.A. Fitness founder Louis Welch, and Apple CEO Tim Cook."
