The Sun Reports that Kourtney spared no expense when purchasing this huge estate, which was originally listed for $13,995.00. The expansive, 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom property comes fully furnished and is fully loaded with some fun features and luxurious upgrades.
Far from being a fixer-upper property, Kourtney's new home is move-in-ready and comes complete with contemporary designs and incredible features that are perfectly suited to her taste and style. The location of this property is as desirable as the home itself, as it is situated in the prestigious Madison Club. In fact, The Hollywood Reporter claims that the monthly fees are set at $1,485, which affords Kourtney; "access to an exclusive array of amenities, including a private clubhouse, five-star dining and concierge services, wellness pursuits, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and spa amenities."
Perhaps the biggest draw to this impressive estate is the scenic, atmospheric courtyard. This area is said to feature an elaborate sitting area along with a fire pit, and it's not just the cozy environment that has impressed Kourtney - it's the incredible views, too.
