Hollywood isn't always so kind to the alums of child acting, and Shia LaBeouf is no exception to the rule. He's gotten a reputation for having several run-ins before his last infamous arrest in 2017, which led to his time in rehab and then to his touching autobiographical film Honey Boy.

This 33-year-old actor has a net worth of $25 million,  and although his everyday looks are understated and on the normcore spectrum, this actor has a taste for flair that keeps all of us watching for his next moves. Here are 10 crazy expensive things Shia Labeouf has bought.

Home

Shia LaBeouf was born in Echo Park, Los Angeles. Although he's from humble beginnings and was skyrocketed to fame in his teens and early 20s, Shia LaBeouf's home in LA isn't overly extravagant. It is, however, quite pricey.

The former Even Stevens star bought a house in Sherman Oaks, which may be considered modest by celebrity standards. It did cost $1.8 Million in 2009, and features an L-shaped pool, along with floor to ceiling windows. His house also has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is approximately 2463 square feet.

Cars

Shia LaBeouf was seen racing in hordes of fancy, futuristic and expensive cars in the Transformers franchise. It comes as no surprise that this young Hollywood bad boy has a bit of an affinity for cars.

He was spotted in a unique 1975 classic car, a Checker Marathon Taxi, while out for a coffee run. The solidly built vehicle seems like quite an accessory for this eclectic actor, who is known for being a bit more free-spirited than most. LaBeouf also has a Ford F-150, an everyman's car, and a Chevrolet Silverado.

Motorcycles

Along with his car collection, Shia LaBeouf also has a few motorcycles to boot. Earlier this year, in an interview with Noah Jupe, the young actor who played alongside Shia LaBeouf as the child actor in Honey Boy, Jupe stated that LaBeouf acted as a mentor for him and said, "If you’re buying a fast car, you better ring me up, and I will advise you not to." Hopefully, this is also true for motorcycles.

LaBeouf owns at least two: a Triumph Thruxton 900, as well as a Honda Ruckus.

Gucci

Shia LaBeouf has been called many things by his fans and the press, and a style icon is one of them. As the term normcore began to surface, so did many of Shia LaBeouf's fashion looks that captivated people. He's so stylish, he has even swapped clothes with Kanye West.

Although the actor seems to effortlessly throw his looks together and somehow look like he's between his yoga class and trip to the farmer's market, you can also spot a few name brands this star actor tends to sport, like Gucci.

Suits

The young actor, writer, director is certainly coming into his own on his latest stint of promotional tours for his two films out this year, Peanut Butter Falcon and Honey Boy. LaBeouf has been sporting a more refined, yet still boyishly eclectic look on the red carpets.

He was recently wearing an all brown Gucci suit tucked into combat boots, as well as an all white Givenchy suit at a few film festivals. Shia LaBeouf has never steered away from a bold statement outfit and now it's getting more gentlemanly.

Art

Sometimes he's a performance artist, sometimes he's off the rails, but there's no doubt that this Hollywood legend invests deeply in his craft.

LaBeouf has done many performance art pieces, including renting out a gallery for viewers to come and experience him with a brown bag on his head or spending a pretty penny staying in remote Finland as part of the #alonetogether movement. LaBeouf has also founded his own experimental art theater, Slauson Rec., that is free of admission costs and open to anyone who has a story to tell.

Political Activism

Shia LaBeouf has been very outspoken against the Trump presidency and linked up with his performance art buddies of LaBeouf, Rönkkö & Turner to create meaningful political art.

The artists/activists created a piece called #hewillnotdivideus that was meant to live stream for the four years of the Trump presidency. However, because of the backlash political pieces can cause, the installation has been moved several times to more secure locations around the world, and rather than involving passersby, the camera now shows only a flag with He Will Not Divide Us.

Investing

At times the charming Gemini concerns the public with his off-the-rails antics, but Shia LaBeouf seems to have done well with his money over the years of his stardom. In preparing for his role a Jake Moore, in the 2010 film Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, Shia LaBeouf tried his hand at investing.

He said in an interview, "I opened up an account with $20,000 of my own money and started trading, and the value of the account went up to $300,000 in two and a half months."

Clothing

It bears repeating, carrying a title like "Suit God," or "Most Stylish Man of the Decade" does not come with a small price tag attached.

Although many of LaBeouf's previous looks incorporated a more grungy, seemingly thrift store-bought and repurposed vibe, the actor wears a lot of stand out pieces which can only indicate a deep love of putting together ensembles.

Shia LaBeouf has recently been killing both the buttoned-up suit and tie, as well as the casual look game as he resurfaced this year and is doing promotional tours.

Being a child star turned Hollywood leading man comes with tons of pressure, and Shia LaBeouf has begun opening up about his own struggles with mental health and addiction. LaBeouf like many other teen sensations had many run-ins with the law ending in arrests.

It often takes someone to hit rock bottom before finding help, LaBeouf did after his last arrest in 2017. LaBeouf was filmed drunkenly yelling at an officer about his millionaire lawyers, and one can only imagine they've helped him escape a sticky situation once or twice.
