Monaco, home of the world's most exclusive casinos, exotic cars, and luxury yachts, has yet another feature to brag about; the world's most expensive penthouse. Tour Odeon will soon become Monaco's tallest building, as it is expected to be completed in July 2014. It will rise 557 feet above the ground, and will have a total of 70 apartments, plus two Sky Duplexes and one Sky Penthouse. The jewel of Tour Odeon, the penthouse, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a gorgeous scenery; the whole of Monaco, Larvotto Beach, and the Ligurian Sea. It comes with its own private waterslide plunging into an infinity pool. With a whopping 33,000-square-foot living space, there are six bedrooms opening to glass balconies encompassing a delightful panorama of the Mediterranean Sea, while marble, bronze, and wood are the main elements used in the interior designs. The 49-story building offers full-time housekeeping, cleaning, and valet service. The pride and joy of the Tour Odeon is expected to hit the market with a striking price tag of $387 million, which makes it one of the most expensive homes out there today. If everything goes according to plan, it will be the world's most expensive penthouse ever listed.
