New York’s tallest luxury condo is currently under construction on West 57th Street near Carnegie Hall. The One57 condominium tower will be completed in 2014. Sitting on top of the CitySpire building in New York, overlooking Central Park, this three-story penthouse occupies the 73rd, 74th, and 75th floors. It does however come with a drawback, a $50,000 monthly maintenance bill for electricity and staff.

One Hyde Park is a condominium complex in the heart of London comprised of four towers, each with its very own penthouse worth a smashing $200 million. Abounding more luxury than you can ever imagine, just as the name implies each 17,000-square-foot penthouse overlooks the biggest park in London, Hyde Park. With five bedrooms private gyms, his and her study rooms, 24-hour room service, underground passage to a Heston Blumenthal restaurant, private wine-tasting facility, the two-story penthouses come with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of downtown London, and that’s not all. The jewel of Tour Odeon, the penthouse, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a gorgeous scenery; the whole of Monaco, Larvotto Beach, and the Ligurian Sea. It comes with its own private waterslide plunging into an infinity pool. With a whopping 33,000-square-foot living space, there are six bedrooms opening to glass balconies encompassing a delightful panorama of the Mediterranean Sea, while marble, bronze, and wood are the main elements used in the interior designs. The 49-story building offers full-time housekeeping, cleaning, and valet service. The pride and joy of the Tour Odeon is expected to hit the market with a striking price tag of $387 million, which makes it one of the most expensive homes out there today. If everything goes according to plan, it will be the world’s most expensive penthouse ever listed.
