Cuba Gooding Jr. Lists Home for $12 Million

Cuba Gooding Jr. is asking buyers to show him $12 million for his secluded custom built 6,753 square foot Pacific Palisades home just outside Los Angeles. According to Radaronline, the Oscar winner listed his estate for a stunning $11,995,000.

The home is hidden behind the gates on a tree line street at the end of a private street on one of the most exclusive celebrity neighborhoods in Los Angeles. The English county mansion has seven bedrooms, five fire places, six bathrooms, home theatre, a roller hockey rink, wine cellar, six car garage, spa, butler’s pantry, and pool. The master bedroom has a terrace, massive closets, a fire place and a marble bath. The resort style grounds include a large lawn, detached guest house and a private driveway.

Some of the upscale details include; beamed ceilings, stone floors, French doors and windows and hand-distressed walnut. Cuba Gooding Jr. bought the property in the year 2000 for $3.5 million and spent two years renovating the property to the last detail.

Cuba sold a quaint two story home in Fernando Valley, California earlier this year for $729,000. He had purchased his Northridge property in the year 1999 exactly three years after his very famous role as a football star (Rod Tidwell) opposite Tom Cruise.
