Little did anybody know that the man picked seventh in the overall NBA draft by the Golden State Warriors in 2009 could one day be regarded as the best shooter in the game's history. During the initial seasons of the NBA, Steph Curry made $3 million with no notable endorsements under his name, but with the improvement in his game, he became one of the highest-paid athletes in the world. Along with earning a $50 million salary, he makes an additional $40 million from his endorsements. With a net worth of $160 million, Curry has enough wealth to spend on cars, real estate properties, and an extensive watch collection.

With his shooting skills as a point guard, Steph Curry has shown his style on-court; however, he ensures the same persona is carried off-court with his sleek style. One of the eye-catching accessories is his watches, ranging from affordable to made-to-order timepieces. A combination of simple and rare, let’s look at Steph Curry’s watch collection.

Rolex Sea-Dweller Deepsea ($20,000)

Undoubtedly Steph Curry’s favorite watch, the Rolex Sea-Dweller Deepsea, is the star player’s go-to timepiece, whether he is giving an interview off the court or going out with his family. His silver watch with a black dial ceramic bezel was most notably photographed. At the same time, he met President Obama representing his organization fighting against Malaria in 2015 and while holding the MVP Trophy in 2016. According to CBS Sports, he gifted his teammates a custom Submariner after setting the record for the 2974th 3-pointer in 2021.

Cartier Santos 100 ($14,990)

Another regular on the athlete’s wrist, the Cartier Santos 100, is on the affordable side of Steph Curry’s collection. Usually spotted on a casual outing with his family or a day-time event, the timepiece owned by him comes in a rose gold shade with Roman numerals on the dial. The industrial design by Cartier has remained unchanged over the years, but Curry owns a sleeker iteration of the iconic model.

Cartier Santos Skeleton ($57,000)

2018 was challenging for Curry as he suffered a mild-to-moderate left groin strain that restricted him from playing a three-game match against Texas. At the same time, the fight between Draymond Green and Kevin Durant caught everyone’s attention, as did Steph Curry’s $57,000 timepiece. Available upon request, the Cartier Santos Skeleton was newly launched in 2018 with a redesign which is an elegant horological choice compared to the loud timepieces worn by other NBA stars, as stated by Business Insider.

Rolex President Day-Date II ($36,500)

A favorite amongst celebrities and athletes alike, the Rolex President Day-Date II has a rich history since its production in 1966. Initially meant for people in power, it has become a status symbol today. When an injured Steph Curry is on the sidelines, his watches can be deceptively simple; however, he brought a hint of glitz with his President Day-Date II in rose gold with a black concentric dial.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore ($16,000)

The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore is a famous timepiece amongst athletes as players like LeBron James and Lionel Messi have often been spotted wearing it. Curry owns various iterations of the watch in yellow gold and silver. As the Swiss Watch Expo mentioned, he wore the Piguet Royal Oak with a blue mega tapisserie dial during his NBA post-match conferences. Curry was spotted wearing the Offshore black strap watch while celebrating his sixth wedding anniversary to Ayesha Curry.

Movado Museum Classic ($600)

Steph Curry brought his daughter Riley to the post-match conference in May 2015 for an encore as she delighted the audiences two years prior. While all eyes were on his daughter being a distraction, many onlookers were intrigued to see Curry wearing a Movado Museum Classic timepiece. The classic watch only displays two goldtone dials, and the dial is numberless with a gold dot on the 12 o’clock position. It is the most affordable watch in Curry’s collection of timepieces.

Panerai PAM01441 Luminor GMT ($15,000)

The 2974 Collection introduced by Steph Curry in 2021 celebrates the 3-point record, a feat nobody has managed to achieve. The basketball star wears the ensemble from the collection for his post-game interviews and matches with the ultra-tough matte black Panerai PAM01441 Luminor GMT, a military diver’s timepiece meant for style and durability, as noted by GQ. The shock-resistant device has a three-day power reserve and thirty-one jewels. The most stand-out feature of the Panerai timepiece is the blue stitching on the strap that matches the blue bezel on the GMT dial.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak ‘Dual Time’ ($55,000)

Steph Curry and Ayesha Curry brought glamor to New York when they attended the MET Gala in 2021. Styled by Jason Bolden, Curry wore an all-black suit with dazzling embroidery on the shoulder. The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak ‘Dual Time’ on his wrist might be the flashiest timepiece owned by the basketball star. Made from 18-carat rose gold, it was set with VS1 diamonds around the dial and showcased a dual-time function.

Steph Curry continues to add more Rolex watches to his collection, as it remains a favorite watchmaker of the star. Keeping his bling low-key, he manages to wear eye-catching timepieces that are simple yet vintage and elegant. While the star athlete owns a few shiny diamond watches, more might be incoming in the future.
