Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse are making big moves – literally – after the couple splurged on a mansion in Hollywood Hills.

The pair spent $5.3 million on a 1939 Spanish Colonial home in California that sits on 0.32 acres of land. With over 2,700 square feet of living space, the home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The estate offers the utmost privacy. It’s surrounded by a tall hedge fence and features locked gates. There are plenty of outdoor features, including a concrete patio area with an al fresco dining nook. There’s also an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and plunge pool.

The home has been updated throughout the years. It was notably renovated by Jeff Lewis, which was featured on his Bravo reality television show Flipping Out in 2014.

The home has a long history of famous owners. It was bought by Gossip Girl creator Stephanie Savage in 2014, who went on to sell it to musician Beck and actress Marissa Ribisi four years later for $2.3 million.

Robert and Suki were first romantically linked in July 2018, after photos of the two seeing a movie in London were published. However, the pair have been notoriously private about their relationship. They didn’t make their red carpet debut together until years later.

The pair have been dodging engagement rumors since 2019, when Suki was spotted with what appeared to be a diamond on her engagement finger.

Robert and Suki were first reported to be living together during 2020. The couple were reportedly spending the COVID-19 pandemic in London while Rob was on hiatus from filming The Batman.

In addition to their new Hollywood Hills home, the couple have several properties between the two of them.

Rob reportedly has another home in Hollywood Hills as well as an apartment in London. The Twilight alum’s first real estate purchase was a historic home in Los Felix, though he later sold the property to Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul. For her part, Suki reportedly owns a flat in West London.

Fans shouldn’t expect to get many details about Rob and Suki’s new home, considering the private nature of their relationship. In 2019, Rob explained his reason to not directly discuss their romance to the press.

If you let people in, it devalues what love is,” he told The Sunday Times. “If a stranger on the street asked you about your relationship, you’d think it extremely rude. If you put up a wall it ends up better.”
