According to Architectural Digest, A few months ago they brought us a tour of Ashley Tisdale’s 2021-acquired Hollywood Hills home. As much as they gushed over her freshly-decorated abode, (“I fully love this house,” she said at the time), it looks like she’s already moved on. Dirt reports that influencer and pop star Madison Beer has just purchased the Mediterranean Villa-inspired three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom. Property.

She bought the property less than two years ago, but Ashley Tisdale is back on the real estate rodeo, having already sold her stylish home in the Hollywood Hills. Back in early 2021, the “High School Musical” star paid Roeg Sutherland actor Donald Sutherland’s son and an executive at talent agency CAA $4.2 million for this house, and has now lucratively flipped it for nearly $6 million to songstress and veteran influencer Madison Beer, records show.

Because the deal was inked off-market, it’s not clear what changes Tisdale and her composer husband Christopher French made to the property during their short ownership tenure. But earlier this year, the New Jersey native and her home were featured on Architectural Digest’s Open Door series, where she told viewers that the place had been “move-in ready” and that she “didn’t have to do really anything to it, except the furnishing.”

Hidden from prying eyes behind big gates and a long driveway, the house occupies a rare street-to-street lot that spans more than half an acre, notably spacious for this tightly-packed area of town. The 1920s structure includes three bedrooms and 3.5 baths in more than 4,000 square feet; while it’s clearly a Mediterranean villa-inspired house from the outside, the interiors within are completely contemporary in a very sheltered magazine-worthy manner, courtesy of designer Mandy Graham.

The main floor’s living spaces are uniformly sophisticated, marrying pure white walls with epoxy floors and big windows that flood the rooms with natural light. An oversized living room offers a fireplace and French doors that spill out to an al fresco dining patio, the dining room includes a contemporary Ingo Maurer light fixture, and the ultra-minimalist kitchen features bespoke cabinetry.

Other nifty amenities are not limited to a “hidden” screening room tucked beneath the home’s main living spaces and a wooden barrel sauna on the grounds. The Olympic-length pool is shaded by a gorgeous canopy of eucalyptus trees and overlooks the surrounding hills, with westward views capturing beautiful L.A. sunsets. Back inside, on the home’s second floor, there’s also a primary bedroom with a spa-style marble bath and walk-in closet.

No word yet where Tisdale is moving, but she’s bought and sold many homes over the years, many of them in the Los Feliz and Hollywood Hills neighborhoods. As for Beer, who recently sold her Encino mansion for $7 million, she first came to public attention via longtime friend Justin Bieber. Born into a wealthy New York family, the 23-year-old first tried her luck as a singer but is today perhaps better known as a top influencer — she sports 32.5 million followers on Instagram alone and has a lucrative collaboration with cosmetics juggernaut Morphe.

Sunlight reflects softly off ground floor walls and floods through large windows and glass doors, bathing those spaces with natural light. Sectioned into three distinct rooms that flow into one another, the living room is marked by a built-in bookshelf, fireplace, and french doors that directly open onto a patio. (You may recall the viral moment during Tisdale’s episode of Open Door where she revealed that she sent her husband to buy books to fill her living room bookshelves before the video shoot—maybe Beer would be willing to take those off her hands?)

Other exceptional features of the home include an entertainment room with an oversized built-in bed-like couch, an outdoor sauna, and a pool surrounded by lush foliage. No word on where Tisdale is headed next, but we know wherever it is, she will be surrounded by a green landscape. “I wanted to be surrounded by trees,” she said about this home. “Trees are a big thing for me. I feel like [they are] very healing and nurturing.”
