NBA star LeBron James has had his fair share of home sales and purchases recently. Just this week, he put his Brentwood mansion on the market for $20.5 million that he has owned since 2015. Last fall, James purchased a Beverly Hills compound for $36,075,000 that once belonged to Lee Phillip Bell, co-creator of “The Young and the Restless.”

While experts anticipate James will tear down the Beverly Hills home to rebuild, he’s currently living in an ultra-modern L.A. mansion he purchased for $23 million shortly before joining the Lakers in 2018.

Called a “masterpiece of light and design” by Trulia, the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion features several luxury amenities, with clean lines and nature-themed décor throughout. Marble countertops and natural French oak floors compliment the neutral colors.

With 15,846 square feet, most rooms feature wall to wall sliding glass doors, allowing a good amount of natural light to compliment the décor. The open concept on the first floor has herringbone oak flooring and floor to ceiling bookshelves with a built-in fireplace.

The ultra-luxurious amenities don’t stop there. Check out some of James’ unique features in and outside the home for ultimate comfort.

Garage

The “auto gallery” houses his rare car collection according to The Richest, featuring a $400,000 Lamborghini Aventador, $215,000 Porsche 911 Turbo S and Classic 1957 fully restored Chevy Impala. His 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT was reportedly painted silver with blue stripes in support of his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys and he owns a total of three Ferrari’s, customized to fit his 6’8 frame.

Master Suite

The master bedroom includes a California King bed across from a large bookshelf with built-in fireplace and TV. A spacious sitting area on the far side of the bedroom includes a large bean sofa and tree-stump end tables.

Walk out the sliding glass door from the sitting area and find a balcony looking over the L.A. skyline.

The master bath includes a free-standing platinum, French slipper tub and open room range shower with marble slab walls and floor.

The custom-built walk-in closet features dark mahogany shelving lined with signature Nike sneakers and tailored Thom Brown suits are hanging near a glass centerpiece table. In the jewelry and watch case, James keeps his expensive watch collection, including an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph Tourbillon.

Bar and Game Room

The glowing onyx counter bar and leather barstools could be missed once you see the many rare liquors and high-end scotch available for guests. There is colorful modern artwork and strategically placed mirrors to give the illusion of more space.

A cigar room with air-purifying technology sits adjacent to the bar and in the nearby game room, visitors can have their go at the billiard table, enjoy wall to wall modern artwork and sit in sleek, leather chairs.

Screening Room

James can watch his newest cinema feature, Space Jam 2, to be released later this year on a wall-to-wall screen, with surround sound in his own personal movie theater, according to Insider. James and guests can enjoy the comfortable, large leather seating with the addition of a marbled counter-top bar.

State of the Art Gym

The 36-year-old star sees the perfect gym as a “must-have” to stay in shape and continue to train throughout the year. The gym features an overhead fan and floor to ceiling sliding doors for added ventilation. He’s able to take his workout outside to the pristinely manicured lawn and after a strenuous workout, James also has a sauna and massage room for resting and recovery.

Wine Cellar

Though James rarely drinks liquor, he is especially fond of a variety of wine. He enjoys Napa Valley, Screaming Eagle and other French and Italian wines costing upwards of $3,000 per bottle. Given his affinity for wine, it makes sense to store his favorites in the custom wine cellar.

Outdoors

An outdoor kitchen allows for easy entertaining and features a barbecue, beer tap and large outdoor patio with heated dining and sitting area. Tall hedges surround the property for additional privacy and the swimming pool and cabana adds an extra fun element to an outdoor party. If that’s not enough, James can take the elevator to his rooftop terrace with a beautiful view.

In addition to the new L.A. home he just purchased, James still owns his hometown mansion in Akron, OH, valued at $9,000,000 where he plans to open a public school for at-risk children.

According to Insider, James still plans to add a basketball court, an indoor wine tap and his own pizza oven. He also plans to upgrade the theater and pool areas in the future.
