Westbrook purchased the 2018-built property for $19.75 million, an amount miles away from today’s asking price. The point guard put enough custom finishes into the home during his short proprietorship to warrant the $10.2 million price jump.
Listed by Hilton and Hyland agent Bjorn Farrugiat, the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home sits on nearly half an acre of land, tucked behind tall, lush greenery. Although the listing only provides one photo of the property’s interior, hardwood flooring can be seen flowing from a corridor into a luxurious contemporary living area marked by white walls, white shelving, white couches, and a black-and-white marble fireplace, all crowned by a beamed ceiling with recessed lighting, according to Architectural Digest.
