We all remember the bright-eyed boy band that charmed millions of young girls back in the '00s. Who could forget when the Jonas Brothers took over Disney Channel with programs like Camp Rock and their own self entitled television series. Well, now Joe Jonas is all grown up and living his best life with his wife Sophie Turner and daughter Willa.

This summer, the couple put their 15,000-square-foot mansion in Los Angles on the market. Just this week, it found its newest owner as it was sold for $15.2 million. This made San Fernando Valley history as the second priciest home in its neighborhood, only to be beaten by the house of the singer's brother, Nick.

Made possible by celebrity designer Jae Omar, the dazzling Royal Oaks residence in Encino comes with a whopping nine bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and three half bathrooms. They bought the home through a trust two years ago for $14.1 million, according to Mansion Global. Within the same year, Nick Jonas and his wife Priyanka Chorpa bought a home in San Fernando for $20 million.

Though Jonas and Turner's stay at Royal Oaks was relatively short, the couple didn't shy away from putting their mark on the home. From reinventing the spa and sprucing up the in-home theatre to adding new features like chandeliers and security systems. While the home's new owner has yet to be disclosed, the lucky Westside Estate Agency represented buyer is certainly getting the bang for their buck with all the new aspects that the couple added to the already stunning space. When the couple first put the home on the market this summer, it went up for $16 million.

Omar's initial design in itself is more than worth the multimillion-dollar price tag. What wealthy home seeker wouldn't spend their fortune on such famous amenities as an aquarium and a DJ station. The new owner would have no trouble in impressing guests with the mansion's state-of-the-art wine cellar and massive garage, which fits up to six cars. With a beautiful spacious backyard and a huge area of golfing buddies, it's the perfect place for all outdoor activities.

Jonas and Turner bought a new mansion last week in Miami for $11 million. Along with being moderately less expensive, their new pad is also relatively smaller, covers 416 square feet.
